Charming and spacious two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage with glimpses of the Chesapeake Bay and very close to the Rock Hall beach. Enjoy morning walks and beautiful sunsets. Our wide streets and low speed limits make this a bicycle friendly town. The beach is family friendly. The shallow water makes it ideal for kids young and old. Rock Hall is a charming old fishing village, noted to be one of the South's best small towns by Southern Living Magazine in 2016. You can shop at the local grocery store or eat out. Rock Hall has a variety of wonderful restaurants from outdoor dining by the marina, to several local delights in town. And several local seafood outlets that sell sweet Chester River crabs with take out options. There is Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge to the South and historic Chestertown, home of Washington College, to the North.

Had a great time at this perfect beach location. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach which is clean and not crowded. Perfect sunset each evening. Had fun exploring the area and we were happy to have our pup with us. Very enjoyable stay!

Nice cottage near a cute and clean beach that’s perfect for small kids. Enjoyed the 4th of July festivities in Rock Hall and the ice cream shop on Main St. Appreciated early check-in and prompt communication with the property manager.
The place was perfect and exactly what we wanted. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will more than likely rent again. I highly recommend this rental.
The house is on a great location, close to beach, close to restaurants, close to marinas. Clean and comfortable, check-in was easy and you could tell owner put a lot of thought into how to make the place feel special. My first experience with VRBO and I was really happy with it.
Home was very well stocked with supplies. Location is great. Very homey and welcoming feel. Intend to visit Rock Hall in the future and hope to stay here!
Just what we needed! I did a 3 day get-a-way with my husband and 3 year old. It was perfect. The house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location!
My husband and I love visiting Rock Hall and this was our first time staying at this home. It is very nicely decorated and has all of the necessary amenities. We were so pleased with this stay, this will definitely be on our favorites list
House was beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and as advertised, steps from the beach!!! We had everything we needed for meal prep, including a charcoal grill. Enjoyed grilling fresh fish for dinner one night!
This was our first time staying in a Vrbo. The house was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. Every detail was though of. The location was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future.
This is a lovely home in a fantastic location. We will definitely visit again.
My husband and I visited Rock Hall for the first time. This home and this town were exactly what we needed. Beach and food in walking distance, cute shops and friendly locals. The house was amazing. Clean and perfectly decorated.
Loved the cottage. Charming, clean, well equipped, and close to the beach. We were disappointed that many businesses were closed, but the town is pretty, and the locals are helpful and welcoming. Lovely agricultural area.
The cottage was so clean and comfortable. Because we were there during the 95+ degree weather, we loved the ceiling fans and AC. However, the kitchen and TV room were very warm. There were no AC vents in the TV room. I would recommend a small window unit for that room. We loved the convenience to restaurants and shopping area.
The Coleman Cottage was everything we had hoped for in a short getaway place for our family to run off to. Not only was it well located to all of the wonderful restaurants, shops, and wildlife of the area, the house itself was perfection. It was the quintessential beach cottage down to the details of comfort and little nuances…such as a sweet library, board games, a wonderful yard, and amenities to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place!
