Cozy house in a green setting for a stay combining the pleasures of the countryside and the sea.
The rooms are spacious. Children are welcome (cot + small extra mattress / high chair available). The house is very well equipped, large terrace, BBQ, 12p garden furniture and 6 deck chairs and 2 sunbeds with cushion. Heated parasol.
Close to the medieval city of Guérande and Vannes and La Baule. Visit the salt marshes a must to do with children and adults.
Sailing lessons nearby: QUIMIAC contact Pays Blanc Sailing School.

Bon séjour en famille

La maison est bien équipée et pratique pour un séjour en famille. La propriétaire est toujours disponible et répond rapidement. La route est passante mais le portail permet d'être plus en sécurité avec des enfants en bas âge.

Unser Aufenthalt

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gross und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche war perfekt, hat alles was man braucht, sogar viel mehr. Kaffeemaschine - 2 verschiedene, Teekocher etc. Waschmaschine, Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr gross und wunderschön. Der Grill ist ein echter Herausforderung und nicht mehr von heute. Die Besitzerin ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Maison spacieuse mais terrain non cloturé

Maison très spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons apprécié de tout trouver sur place (lave linge, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.) La maison était super propre et la personne gérant notre arrivée s'est montrée très flexible. La maison est très bien située (mais il faut prendre la voiture pour toute les excursions. Pas de plage accessible à pied). Le bémol pour nous a été que le jardin n'est pas cloturé et donne sur une rue où les voitures vont assez vite. Avec des enfants en bas âge, cela a été un vrai stress pendant notre séjour. Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris de devoir signer un contrat en parallèle de la location abritel et de devoir justifier d'une assurance villégiature. Nous pensions que la réservation via abritel couvrait cela.

Accueil très agréable la gentillesse était au RV. La vaisselle nombreuse et adaptée,le log

Parfait le logement était impeccable l'aménagement à la hauteur, les placards regorgent de vaisselle et de condiment. Rien ne manque. Superbe séjour avec le soleil J'ajoute que l'accueil est parfait.

Confortable, spacieux et très bien situé

Aucune mauvaise surprise pour ce séjour très agréable. La maison était spacieuse, bien agencée, bien équipée. La literie très confortable. Tout était conforme à l'annonce. La communication avec les propriétaires a toujours été rapide, agréable et fructueuse. L'emplacement est au top pour les visites de cette très belle région. Un grand merci aux époux VERHAGUE :)

Heerlijk verblijf in de Loire Atlantique

Het vakantiehuis en de ontvangst waren super! Internetconnectie kan beter maar we gaan niet zeuren want de omgeving was te mooi om lang binnen te zitten en/of te internetten. Tijdens de vele wandelingen veel mooie plaatsen ontdekt. En genoten van de locale producten: heerlijke verse vis en zeevruchten! Een streek om zeker nog eens te bezoeken!
