On the 1st and last floor of a condominium consisting of houses, located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Tanchet (supervised beach) and 15 minutes walk from shops.
Ideal for beach holidays and long bike rides (cycle tracks) or walking in season and out of season.
Near the Casino des Pins, the Thalasso overlooking the lake Tanchet sea view, the zoo, a sports complex (tennis, go-karts for children, shooting range, skate track, etc ...), Institute Sports Ocean Sailing School (surfing on the beach, sailing course for children on Lake Tanchet).
Easy and free parking next to the apartment.
