This property rents Sunday-Sunday between June 1 - August 17, 2025!

The PERFECT view! This beautiful new home at 1007 Ariola Drive sleeps up to 28 people and has an inviting, private pool! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - March 1st only.)

Walk into an amazingly spacious living room and kitchen, with seating for all of your family and friends. The kitchen features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, double ovens, range, microwave and under the counter ice makers. This house is the ultimate vacation rental! "Following Seas" is the perfect place for your wedding, vacation or family reunion.

On the main floor, you will walk into a large open kitchen, living and dining space. Head towards the stairway and find a king bedroom with attached bath, facing the Gulf, as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath that faces the pool. There is also a half bath located on this level.

The second floor boasts an additional living space with large flat screen TV, wet bar, and additional six bedrooms. Four of the six bedrooms are located on the upper four corners of the home. There is a king bedroom facing the Gulf, as well as three additional corner rooms with two queen beds each. Each corner bedroom has an attached bath. Facing the pool you will find the additional two bunk rooms, each with their own bathroom.

The ground floor area under the house has a bar area available for events. This area is only available for weddings and other events. Event fees apply to all reservations using the ground level bar area. The underneath space of the home is complete with beautiful details, electricity, and hooks for your wedding or event decor! Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Fantastic Spot for Beach Retreat!

This property is spacious, well equipped, and lives large. The two balconies are perfect for hanging out in good company and enjoying the views. All bathrooms are very clean with nice finishes throughout. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers make for functional success. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had 26 adults staying in the house and would rent it again!
