3 BR, 2 BA, Sleeps 10, Wi-Fi, Front Porch, 1.5 Blocks to Beach, Close to Convention Center Fox Park. Renting Year Round!!

One of the BEST feature of this home is that there are NO stairs to climb. Only 5 steps up the porch and you enter your beautiful spacious vacation beach home. So if you have a hard time getting around, bad knees/hips/back, small children or just hate stairs (like most properties have) this is the home for you!!

Ranch style family home located in less than 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and south of Rio Grande Ave-just a few blocks from Wildwood Crest. 2 off street parking spots so park your car and walk to the Convention Center. Enjoy nearby restaurants like Mudhen, Marvis, Duffers, Ravioli House, Dogtooth, Poppis, Uncle Bills Pancake House, Key West Cafe and many more. Taverns, food and convenience stores, ice cream parlors, mini golf are also nearby. Parking is no hassle with off street parking for two vehicles. With a spacious front deck/porch and a grassy rear yard with an outdoor shower, there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

It features an open floor plan with living room, dining area and full kitchen with a center island. Plenty of room for everyone. The home has 3 nice size bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer and dryer. It can sleep up to 10 people comfortably!!

The master bedroom, with a king size bed, is bright and spacious and has a walk-in closet, 40 inch TV, fan and a private bath with a walk-in shower and his and hers vanity sinks.
The second bedroom, with a beach theme,has a queen size bed, 40 inch tv and fan, with plenty of closet space as well.
The third bedroom (kids room) with a lighthouse/anchor theme has 2 twin over full bunk beds.
All bedrooms have room darkening shades.

The hallway bathroom has a standard tub/shower.

Enjoy cooking? Then make use of the full kitchen, complete with gas range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, 2 coffeemakers (Keurig and coffee pot), microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender and crockpot.

The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the center island.

The living room has a comfy sofa that opens up to a queen bed and a 65 inch flat screen smart TV. We also provide games and books for those rainy days.

Family celebration and Thanksgiving!

Perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy my grandson’s Coast Guard graduation. Wish we could have enjoyed the beach more but our family Thanksgiving was perfect!

Wildwood vacation

The house is very nice. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Julie was very nice to deal with and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house close to food and convention center

We stayed at this property while attending an event at the convention center. It was very close and yummy restaurants that were a short walk. The owner is quick to respond and easy to work with. I would stay here again!

Lovely house close to the beach and boardwalk

This is a very nice house that is located in easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. My mom has bad knees and appreciated that it is all on one floor, and has a walk-in shower in the main bedroom. Two off-street parking spaces were also very nice! Julie, the owner, was great and kept in touch throughout our stay - when a breaker went out in the main bedroom she came right over and fixed it. She also recommended many good restaurants that we enjoyed during our stay. Thank you!

Awesome house & CLEAN

The host was easy to work with, and very clear about expectations. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like in person. Very clean house, and that was the most important for us traveling with a new born. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house.

The house was decorated very well and was extremely clean. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. This house has a driveway which is critical because parking can be a mess in Wildwood. Julie was great with communication and was an excellent host. Would defintitely stay here again.

Sisters get away

Julie's home was just as described, we loved the colors she choose. Room sizes were great, house was very clean, close to the beach and the kitchen was so well equipped. Julie was a wonderful host. Great house, great location, great host

My family (2 adults, 4 teens) stayed at Julia's property on the 2020 Labor day weekend. The setup was perfect - we had 3 girls and 1 boy so the girls had the bunk beds. The location was great for enjoying the beach and the boardwalk attractions, as well as close to great restaurants. The house has all the cooking implements you need, and some beach supplies (such as a handy roll cart) as well. Julia was very responsive and gave us some local tips before we arrived.

Great location

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were a large group that included parents, grandparents, and three kids and this house was able to accommodate all our needs. Julia our host was amazing and you felt welcome from the moment you booked. The house was clean decorated beautifullly, and Julia was able to answer all my questions. Location couldn’t be better two blocks from the convention center (where there is reasonable parking on beach days), boardwalk, restaurants. We would rent again.

Another wonderful vacation!

Julie is so accommodating and patient. There was a hiccup on my end and Julie just went with it and helped and we got it done. She has always been the best host and we've been comfortable and relaxed. Great vacation rental

The house is beautiful, very colorful and fun. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It was nice to have so much space. Julie provided a lot of amenities that were over and above and was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the property and/or area. Duffers is right down the street which was GREAT! The beach buggy was well used and appreciated because I forgot how far away the water is from the boardwalk. It's a hike. We were very close to the Wildwoods sign and the boardwalk along with other good eating/ice cream places. Also got to meet the next door neighbor Bulldog "Bob" which was nice since we were missing our puppies! Would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Julie!!

You will not regret it!!!

This property is an absolute delight! The special touches provided for us upon arrival was so sweet and very much appreciated. The home was extremely clean, had everything we needed (and more!) and was close enough to the beach and boardwalk where we didn’t have to use our cars at all. I would highly recommend checking out the bakeries (Barry’s Buns and Brittons) which are walking distance from the home! Our children loved the yard and the front porch. The home has many updates from the listing pictures and was a great surprise when arriving. Beds were extremely comfortable (hard to come by!) Above all, Julie was an excellent host. She has great communication, great recommendations and a truly GREAT home for you to enjoy!

Late summer week at the Jersey Shore!!!

Friends & Family stayed in this lovely house the last week of August 2023. The town is starting to wrap up from the season so a little quieter than previous weeks which was great for our group. The house was exactly as explained - great location, well appointed, and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you would need to live at the beach for a week!!! The extra seasonings, condiments, kitchen tools, and beach accessories were a huge bonus!! I actually think you could cook a Thanksgiving Dinner in this house. That is how well it is appointed with creature comforts!!! The owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely rent this home again! Thanks for a lovely week Julie!!

Beyond expectations

The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The snacks and chilled drinks for our arrival we’re a wonderful surprise. The spices and condiments supplied was a nice touch for cooking since they are not something you think to pack and expensive to purchase just for vacation cooking. The neighbors are friendly and the location was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach making it walking distance but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds of staying ‘on the beach’. There were beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc for use as well. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, convenient, relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to a relative who usually stays in Ocean City but is considering a change.
