Welcome to Hearthstone Farm suite!
This is a brand new modern farmhouse separate above garage suite. It is situated on a beautiful 63 acre farm in the breath taking Mt.Newton Valley. Come and enjoy the expansive starry skies and sweeping valley views! We are close to Sidney, the airport, ferries, many wineries, open air markets, Butchart Gardens and a quick 15 minute trip to downtown Victoria. You will enjoy your own private outside entrance to the suite. Come unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
This is a perfect spot for a small family, solo or business traveller.
Our stylish and cozy suite offers a bedroom with a queen bed. We also have a comfortable pull out bed available for your use. We will also accommodate with a pack n play if needed. The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent supplied, in the suite.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for home cooking. The kitchen offers seating and service for 4.

Guest access
The suite has a private entrance leading to a flight of stairs. We will provide you with a custom code for entry closer to your arrival.

Interaction with guests
While we live in the main farmhouse, we do not interfere with your vacation but are close at hand should you need anything.

Perfect Place

Hearthstone Farm is a great location - less than 10 minutes to our boat in Brentwood Bay marina, and conveniently close to Sidney. The unit is spacious and private, with it's own entrance and parking.pparkinarea.Karalyn & Don even gelped us get an appointment for a car repair! Kata

Awesome place to stay for a couple of days

We truly enjoyed our stay. We never formally met the owners but we really did not need to. Vancouver Island has a lot to offer. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Lovely and relaxing

Karalyn's place was beautiful (nicer even than the pictures convey), quiet, clean, and well-situated, in a lovely area but close to Victoria, Butchart Gardens, and other destinations. Communication was great, and Karalyn was helpful and informative about the region. All of Greater Victoria was gorgeous and idyllic, and this place made for a perfect home base during our four days of exploring.

Great place!

Excellent! This suite is perfect for anyone who is visiting Victoria or surroundings. Very private in a farm setting the location is far from any noise, perfect to disconnect from the city. It was brand new when we stayed, spotless clean. You have your private driveway and entrance so you won't disturb anyone while coming and going at any hour. A local eatery, Gas station, Liquor Store are less than one mile away. All new appliances; the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Hope to return someday!

Great Stay

Quiet and cozy

My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay. The suite was awesome with a comfortable bed, tasteful decor and plenty of space too. The location is lovely as the carriage house suite is on a beautiful farm. You can hear birds chirping and smell the sweet fresh air as you relax on the cozy sectional sofa. We will be back!

This property is great, close to everything but still feels our of the way and calming! Karalyn and Dan were amazing hosts! Home was very clean, comfortable and we'll furnished! We will be back again for sure!!!

Bright and clean. Short easy drive to Butchart Gardens, the Sea Salish aquarium, and great hiking trails in John Dean Park. We are traveling with food allergies so the kitchen is especially important to us. Thriftys grocery store is just a few minutes away and the kitchen is a good size for easy meal prep.

Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend Hearthstone Farm! We had a wonderful stay at this home away from homes! The place was easy to find, clean, beautiful, comfortable and VERY quiet! We enjoyed getting away from the city and just enjoying ourselves. The owners do a wonderful job of communicating and gave us helpful tips on where to eat and things to do in the area.
