"Our Smoky Mountain View" is a modern log home in the Great Smoky Mountains! This lavish cabin is located in Legacy Mountain Resort. The resort has wide, paved and well maintained roads. Legacy Mountain Resort cabins are very well built with much attention to details.

While at "Our Smoky Mountain View" you will experience luxuries such as:

1. A Jetted tub
2. Outdoor hot tub
3. Two spacious decks
4. Electric stone fireplace
5. Vaulted cathedral ceilings
6. Tongue and groove walls & ceilings throughout
7. Rustic yet elegant log furniture
8. Floor to ceiling glass windows
9. And in our opinion some of the best views of the Smoky Mountains.

The main level features an open floor plan. Enter the cabin into the stunning full galley kitchen where you will be welcomed by stainless steel appliances, cement tile floors and everything you need to prepare your food.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area. The handsome dining room table has seating for six. The living room and dining room have beautiful hard wood floors. Enjoy the electric stack stone fireplace in the living room while taking in the Smoky Mountain Vistas.

The home is decorated with log style furnishings. The main level has an open floor plan. The living room and dining room look out over the breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte. On this floor is a master suite with its own private bathroom. This bedroom has an incredible view out its windows as well.

"Our Smoky Mountain View" is the first house you come to on the street. It's bedroom windows face east. Wherever you choose to sleep in this cabin, you will awake to a spectacular view. You will be greeted every morning with a beautiful sunrise.

Upstairs is a huge open loft bedroom / game room. There is a full bath on this level with a Jetted tub. This bedroom has large glass floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent Smoky Mountain Views. From here, you can walk out onto the deck where there is a hot tub to soak in after all the day's activities in the Great Smoky Mountains or in Pigeon Forge.

The upper level has a small kids loft which is accessed by a ladder. Here they will enjoy their own little sleeping area. There is also a video game area on this level for the children to unwind after all your days activities.

"Our Smoky Mountain View" can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 children for a total of 7 people.

There is a fireplace up at the amenities center that you can bring your own wood to and enjoy a fire.

There is space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars out front.

Come experience everything that "Our Smoky Mountain View" has to offer.

Legacy Mountain Resort has an amenities center with a fireplace. There is no fire pit at the cabin. You are welcome to bring your own wood and have a fire up at the amenities center.

The distance to local attractions by the map on VRBO is in miles "As a crow flies".

The owners do ask that you do not lower the temperature of the AC in the summer below 72.

There is an additional charge for any adult in your party over 4 adults. There is also a onetime pet fee plus tax per pet per stay. When you check the box that you are bringing a pet, VRBO will only charge you for one pet, please let us know how many pets you will be brining.

You will receive your directions and key code email from our property management software about 2 days prior to your stay. Please check your spam folder for emails from us, not VRBO.

Very nice place to stay amazing views

I liked everything for the most part. The place was very clean. The host was responsive. Only thing irritating was getting 10 long emails and trying read through for not missing any critical info. I am very busy and doing that was very frustrating. Next thing is in pictures all the hosts including this one make the place look bigger than what it actually is but not a big issue. Most importantly if you coming do not arrive even an hour early because it will provided exactly at 4. My child had an online interview and we thought if get there at 3 she could do it there but we had to go back. Also there is no flexibility with dates or cancellations in case you have any issues. The insurance is worthless. Host will not allow date changes or anything of that nature. Just making it clear. We missed the weather check before coming and it was raining so we had to come in rain. So make sure you don't have to cancel or change and make sure to check weather. Rest was good.

Beautiful view, pleasant stay

This place has a beautiful view! It can’t be beat. We arrived to a not fully cleaned place after the previous guests, but after speaking with Mary Beth, we were able to find a solution- this sound like it was an unusual occurrence do to unforeseen circumstances. The beds were comfortable, my kids loved the foosball table and the jacuzzi bath. We.did not locate a high chair or pack n play- not a deal breaker for us, and perhaps we just didnt stumble upon them. Having.a washer and dryer available was amazing with 4 little kids and the units worked well! Overall- this was a great stay, and.we would recommend and stay again.

This property was beautiful! They are very accommodating when it comes to your pets. Beds were comfortable but could use a little updating. The cleanliness of the property was comparable for being a rental. The hot tub was hot! Jets could be improved and the cleanliness could be improved. All in all they were good and for that view I would sell my right arm for!

Mountain getaway

This view is absolutely amazing! We visited just at the right time with the leaves showing off all their beautiful colors. The sunrise is breathtaking as it rises from behind the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was clean, even though this cabin was pet friendly ( we don’t have pets) seriously no smells or other signs of passed pets visits that we noticed. We enjoyed our stay

Absolutely beyond perfect!

I would highly recommend staying at "Our Smoky Mountain View". From the moment we walked into the cabin it felt like home. The stunning mountain views were unavoidable from every room! The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need for your stay. The host puts so much thoughtfulness into every aspect. We traveled with our 3 dogs and even found treats, toys and bowls for them!

We enjoyed the staying at the cabin very much. We did a lot of going but our evening and night stays were great. We had a water problem a couple of days but once we texted the problem out it was immediately corrected. We originally were going to take our dog but knew we would be going out a lot so we decided to let him stay home with family. I did send a text asking for a refund for the pet charge with no response.

Why they chose this property

My husband was very resistant to travel on vacation somewhere that was 10 hours away. But, when we got to the cabin, he said I could drag him 10 hours anytime. He loved the mountain views. The kids love all the activity. They never get bored. I love the hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains. I also love all the history in the area. This seemed like the perfect place for us to buy a vacation home.

What makes this property unique

Legacy Mountain Resort roadways are wide, paved and well maintained. You will ascend the mountain in a zig zag pattern. You will go up in one direction and then go around a switchback and then go up in the other direction. There are no long steep roads.
