Luxury 2BR & 2BA townhouse (1,182 sqft) in the beautiful Prominence community on 30A with a resort style pool, BBQ grills, and bikes. Easy walk across the street to the Big Chill with restaurants, shops, play area for children and covered event pavilion for sports game, movie nights and concerts. Minutes to beach and pool is heated at 80F Oct 1-Nov 30, Dec 21-31, Mar 1-Apr 30 only.

Located between Seagrove Beach and Seacrest. Minutes to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Equal distance and easy bike ride to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Bike on 30A with 20 miles of bike trail.

Free high speed internet wifi and 3 Smart TVs with Roku that has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with cruiser bikes, bike lock, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage. Good for couples, family and business travelers.

We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring beach towels and extra essentials as needed for your stay.

-NO one under 25 can rent. Parent must be on premise.
-NO pets. Animals are prohibited by owner because of family allergies.
-NO smoking allow inside the house.
-NO loud parties or events.
-NO trailer or uhaul onsite. Must fit inside single garage.

-Up to 30 carts will be available to rent short term on a first come basis, ONLY from 30A Gulf Carts. Contact Adam at 850 502 9325.

Beach Access:
1. Deer Lake State Park (6350 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile west of Prominence) with parking lot, restroom, and shower. Need to pay $3 for parking and alcohol is not allowed as it's a state park. Longer walk from parking lot (5 mins) to the beach but a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with beautiful white sand dunes and less crowded than other public beaches. Easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (25 mins) to the beach.

2. Gulf Lakes (8040 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile east of Prominence) with bike parking and shower. No restroom and no parking lot but easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (20 mins) to the beach.

3. Walton Dunes ((320 Beachfront Trail) is a public beach access with no stairs or ramp and can walk right up to beach (2.5 miles east of Prominence). No restroom. Parking for cars and golf carts.

4. Santa Clara Regional (3468 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (about 3.5 miles west of Prominence) with a lifeguard, parking lot, and restroom as well as ADA access to the beach.

Very Nice Family Vacation

The owner was responsive and took care of things that we needed to have done in a timely fashion. She was responsive and kind. The cleaning crew was one of the better ones we have seen in the entire area. Great unit!

Great spring break location

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was ideal for spring break. Right across the road from The Big Chill and less than a mile in each direction from the public beach access points. Overall great experience and stay!

Fantastic Beach Stay

Great property and location! We rented a golf cart from 30A Golf Carts and I would highly recommend. We had two kids under 8 so it was convenient to put everything on the cart and ride down to the beach. We also enjoyed riding the cart down to seaside, as well. We appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and bikes! I would only suggest bringing your own beach towel and spices, if you choose to cook at all. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again!

Wonderful Time

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The condo itself was very clean, well decorated and well stocked with the kitchen items we needed. The pool area was so much fun and The Chill across the street was a fun place to shop and hang out. Getting to the beach was a quick bike ride down the road which was enjoyable in itself. The proximity to great shopping and historic seaside was also a bonus. We had a minor issue with a flat tire upon arrival and the property owner and property manager fixed the issue so quickly the only reason I’m mentioning it is because of how quickly they responded. A+ all the way.

Excellent property - great location, great condition. Walk across the street to The Chill Spot and beaches are an easy, quick drive. Beach umbrellas, chairs and toys provided. Only suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels. Highly recommend.

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to move around. Each tv had plenty of options (Netflix, Disney, etc). The area was very family friendly. Pool was great. It was a very short walk to the pool. Beach was close by. We drove to the public beach. It was our first trip to the panhandle and we can’t wait to return!

Elegant cozy villa

We had a great time at the villa, the house is clean, it has beach accessories like beach toys for the little humans, chairs, umbrellas, etc. we used the bicycles to get around. Beach is close by, the big chill shops were great. Overall was a great experience. Thank you. Check-in process was super easy and convenient. We will be back!

Great stay for a small group

Kitchen had all we needed. The beds were very comfy. The only small issue we had is the guest side of the house heats up throughout the day and takes longer to cool down at night. But it was comfortable enough to sleep

Perfect Moms' Getaway

Our stay here couldn't have been more perfect for 4 moms needing a vacation. It had plenty of space, ideal location, and was in excellent condition. We didn't have to drive at all with the bikes provided and the beach was just a short 5 minute bike ride away. We walked across the street to the Hub which had everything you'd need. Carolyn was so accommodating and excellent with communication. Absolutely would come back.

Perfect for our family of 4

Given that this is a review about the condo, I must absolutely give 5 stars! The only somewhat negative was the beach access. We were required to load up the car and park at a nearby public beach access parking lot and then walk to the beach from there. I would have preferred to be within walking distance if I had my way. Certainly we could have rode bikes but not with all the cargo we took to the beach with us. That said, this condo is very close to the pool and right across from the Hub which we really enjoyed. And once we did find our way to the beach... it was amazing! The condo itself was perfect for our family. The master suite was very roomy with a great shower, and the kids loved the guest room with the oversized bunk beds. The kitchen had what we needed and the living area was relaxing. Overall, I would have preferred some easier beach access, but the condo with its location near the pool and the Hub was perfect!

Great Family Trip

The property was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The kitchen was very well stocked. Pans, dishes and silverware were much better quality than we have had in other vacation rentals. We had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We loved riding bikes to the beach every day. The chairs and umbrellas are a great amenity as well. The pool was great as well and we loved being close to The Hub. Carolyn was a great host and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this property for any family.

We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have 2 vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.

Why they chose this property

I visited Santa Rosa Beach with a friend in Nov 2017 and fell in love with the area, the beautiful white soft sugar sand beach with clear warm waters, and the friendly locals. It's very close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach which are very quaint and charming towns to walk or ride bike to. The Big Chill is like the best backyard party with restaurants, shops and a huge covered event pavilion for sports game, movie nights and concerts. It's right across the street from the Prominence and that's why I decided to invest in a vacation home for my family, friends and share it with others.
