This beautiful 1600 sq/ft. home situated on the main channel of LAKE HAMILTON in Hot Springs boasts 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS and can accommodate up to 8 guests, if you also rent the basement. The place is equipped with the latest technology including a large SMART TV with ROKU streaming service and a BLURAY/DVD player giving you access to NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET! The kitchen is fully equipped with a DISHWASHER, STOVE, KEURIG and COFFEE MAKER. You'll also find a roomy OVEN, MICROWAVE, and all the supplies you need to make a great meal. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or on our LARGE DECK with 180 degree VIEW of Lake Hamilton that is especially beuatiful at sunset. On our SPACIOUS DECK you can enjoy grilling out or simply enjoy a drink while your troubles melt away. The 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with COMFORTABLE beds (a QUEEN in the master, a QUEEN in the front bedroom and two twin beds in the back bedroom). The master bedroom features a lake view, walk-in closet and its own DECK, as well as access to the bathroom from your bedroom. The back bedroom features two twin beds with enough closet space and room for 2. The main floor bedroom features a 4-poster bed, 2 closets and is just a few steps to the main floor bathroom. The guest bath is large and features a TUB/SHOWER combo. The bright living room features lots and lots of water views, a comfy couch, bench, side chair and ottoman, as well as a LARGE TV. You've got plenty of room to relax and enjoy TV or simply watch the activity on the water. If you're renting for a longer stay, a WASHER and DRYER are available for you to do any laundry you'd like to do before your trip home. This house also comes with a BOAT SLIP, which you have access to and a small swimming platform, so any water activities such as Boat rides, TUBING on the LAKE or enjoying a SWIM in the WATER are at your back door.

Great stay for a relaxing lake retear

The hone is spacious and clean. Great for couples or large family with teens. Renting the apartment below is not necessary for a great stay but make good and bathroom convenient for lake days. Be prepared for bugs at night! Neighbors are super nice and decks are great for all outdoor activities from dawn to dusk. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, with unbelievable water view, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, lots of beautiful birds, kayak easily, fish from the dock. We saw an eagle fly over the lake and catch a fish!

Great week at the lake.

Really liked the convenience of having a boat dock at the property to leave our boat in the water all week. Property nicely maintained. Close to activities in Hot Springs. Fun and relaxing week.

Totally disappointed

First impression was awful. Had a hard time getting acces to the property then walked into a mess. No showed up to clean and had to get ahold of the owners get it cleaned. Had to find a place to stay for the night. Then asked for a total refund and was refused. Went the next day to check it out and it was ok. From then on we were constantly finding things that were dirty. My husband had to clean the grill before we used it and after. That took a few hours to do. The dock lights did not work, the front door lights did not work, the deck and stairs were full of algae and had to be power washed before we could use them. The lower apartment was really not able to stay in as it had not been cleaned in awhile. At least the guys could use it as their fishing cabin. Lots of things under the beds like food and garbage. Property itself needs upkeep, lots of things need improvement as well as a good cleaning. We stayed caused we paid for it and could not get a full refund. Got a refund for 1 night that we could not stay their cause it was not ready. I was totally appalled by what I found. Should have found another place. Left a list of issues needing attention for the owners and what we had to clean before we left. Will never stay at any place like this again. I have learned to be aware of renting through vrbo again

Wonderful Week

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful week on the lake. We liked the properties very much. I rented both the lake house and the apartment below. Both the interiors of the house and apartment were very clean. The apartment was very spacious with a small kitchen and the living area was large as well as the patio. The lake house living area was small with a larger kitchen space. The bedrooms were plenty big but there was a shortage of hangers and no extra bedding. The bedrooms in the lake house can accommodate 6 people at most but the living room feels cramped with just four people. The house deck was nice but small in comparison to the patio below with cobwebs everywhere on the deck. The views were beautiful from the deck and patio! The window blinds in both the house and apartment need repair/replacement. Some of the exterior lights were not working and the hall lights in the house stopped working. There were some other minor items that should be addressed by the owners. The interior of the refrigerator leaked; there was dirt/mold (?) on the exterior of the apartment door; the paint/wall paper (?) in the downstairs bathroom around the shower is pealing badly; and there is no lighting on the exterior stairs making the trek from the top to the bottom of the stairs at night dangerous. The exterior stairway is the only way to access the apartment. With all that said everyone loved the house/apartment. We did a lot of cooking and grilling. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great with wonderful views. And the setting was peaceful. We all had a great time. The owners were easy to communicate with before, during and after our departure. In summary, the lake house and apartment were exactly what I had hoped they would be. The owners just need to address some minor maintenance and repairs/upgrades (blinds) especially adding lighting to the exterior stairs. The exterior stairs are a hazard at night.

Beautiful view

Great view and interior of the property was spotless. Enjoyed the hummingbirds and coffee on the deck each morning. There is only a bathtub in downstairs bathroom so you only have one shower which would be a problem if we came with our family.

The view was nice. The house has a nice layout. The tv was great for watching the World Series.

Beautiful location and setting; interior was pristine, but exterior could use pressure washing + screens on windows on kitchen/great room level as well as new/upgraded grill on main porch. Very peaceful setting with very good value; would highly reccommend to others.

Great place to stay

This is a great property. Well kept and clean. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Only suggestion would be 1 more dining chair and one more chair in living area. Boat dock is excellent and extra wide. Beautiful view and sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Location close to town but still far enough out to feel like you are out of town. Grocery store just down the road. House very nice and we enjoyed the decks and swimming area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely book again.

Nice house on Lake Hamilton

Had a very enjoyable stay at this nice house on Lake Hamilton. Excellent view of the lake from the house. Close to grocery store and restaurants. A couple minor items. The GFI outlet at the dock didn't work during our visit. One night the internet stopped working and without having access to the WiFi access point, I had to power reset the 110 breakers in the electrical panel to reset the internet. Lastly, someone, probably previous guests, had taken the HDMI cable from the master bedroom downstairs to the main TV so couldn't use the provided Roku until I found the cable later on the week and put it back. This item I don't blame the property manager but was frustrating. Overall very good experience, would rent again .
