Gorgeous View

We throughly enjoyed staying at Kim’s condo. Communication was excellent through the entire process and she was very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and clean, exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfortable which is important to us when staying away from home for an extended time. We can’t wait to stay at Kim’s condo again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Location, weather, condo itself. There isn’t anything that you needed that wasn’t provided and much more. Very clean. Special added touches. Fantastic view. The biggest negative is that it’s already booked into next year.☹️

Amazing condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and was very comfortable for my husband and I and our 6 year old. The views are amazing and the location is perfect! We loved it! Kim was so friendly and definitely put extra thought into the little thinks, like phone chargers in all the rooms, the bathrooms and kitchen are stocked well and she left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise! We will definitely book here again!

Perfect Condo in an Ideal Location

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful condo, and for good reason. The host, Kim, has truly thought of everything you might need during your trip. From the minute you book until the minute you depart, she is easy to get in touch with and always willing to do whatever she can to make your trip that much better. The condo is clean and modern and is located in an absolutely perfect location. Waking up to the breath taking panoramic ocean front views is worth the visit alone. Being just steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach makes relaxing and unwinding a breeze. If you’re not a beach person the private heated pool makes for a great alternative. The condo is located just far enough away from Coligny to avoid the beach crowds, but close enough that you can walk there if you want to shop or see the sights. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting Hilton Head Island, this is the spot for you.

The Real Deal

The condo was spotless upon arrival, the check-in was effortless, and the view is truly magnificent. Kim is a terrific host. Communication is instantaneous, clear, and occasionally humorous. It is worth paying attention to her recommendations for restaurants and breakfast places.

Great location and great size

This was our second year at HHI as a family. Last year, we stayed closer to Coligny. This condo was far better. Great view of the Ocean and a spacious condo. The condo was clean when we got there and was comfortable. Kim (owner) checked in via - she was available and not over bearing at all - so appreciated. I knew she would help.if we needed anything, but everything was great and what expected. Great place!

Hilton Head vacation

Loved the location. Enjoyed it the view with the balcony. Next door establishment provided music during the day. Clean and bright with lots of thoughtful amenities. I have made numerous trips to Hilton Head and liked this spot the best.

Perfect Condo

This is my favorite condo to stay at on Hilton Head. The property is located in a great location. The views are amazing, and the condo is perfect. Kim really takes care of her guests and gives you so much information before you arrive. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s the perfect home away from home. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Great place with a great view!

The condo was better than advertised, the view of the beach from the living room is top notch!!! Kim had a bottle of wine and welcome card for us on the kitchen counter. Kim was easy to talk to and deal with and very accommodating. We've been coming to the island for over 15 years and and this is one of the best places we've stayed, will definitely book with Kim again.

Beautiful views from the condo

The views and closeness to the beach were spectacular. The winters months are quiet in Hilton head so walking the beach every morning was awesome. We had a relaxing time at the condo.

Perfect Oceanview Condo

Excellent location providing a great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Kim’s condo was modern and bright, nicely furnished, extra clean and full of special touches that made us comfortable and welcomed. It is as though the host has prepared it for friends, not strangers.

HHI Getaway

We were very happy with this VRBO rental and the owners. It started with a very thoughtful welcome gift and a follow-up message after our first night - just to make sure everything was in order. The view was spectacular and location ideal. We really enjoyed our getaway and hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful HHI Condo

Everything was perfect with this condo. Super location with totally unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access. Everything was functional and super clean. Very comfortable. Bikes were a big plus - awesome bike path just a few feet away. We won't bother looking around when we return to HHI - we will book this condo again for sure!
