Lovely 4 bedroom home with up living and kitchen. Downstairs is family room and spare bedroom. Large deck with heated pool with lounge chairs and sectional seating. Access to bay incl boat slip. Perfect location on lagoon without high traffic - so paddle boards, kayaking, floating is uninterrupted. Upstairs deck off kitchen has grill and large table for 10 people and is covered.
