Basement apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood near a park. It was a little warm due to no a/c and hot weather, but owner had provided 2 very large fans which helped make it comfortable. Owner was polite and anticipated our needs. Would stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay, the property is close to sand dunes, a park, and some great restaurants and spots for desert. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

It had everything we needed--bed, shower, toilet, kitchen.
The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and we slept well. The heater kept us warm. Parking was nice. It was close to shopping and downtown.
The shower was a little snug, but not bad. It is a basement apartment and so the steps down were a little steep for my parents.
TV was a little hard for us to use. The carpet was worn, but clean.
Great place to stay. Owners were very responsive. Affordable, especially when hotels double their prices for graduation. Separate heaters in each room was very helpful.
This was my second time staying here. It is a well-equipped basement apartment with plenty of space. It is in a great location on a quiet street and close to BYU-I, stores and lots of places to eat. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I will be back!
Excellent location near BYUI & next to a park for the kids to run, private parking, super spacious accommodations for families, full kitchen, super responsive to questions...all for the same price you would pay for a tiny hotel room. Great place to stay!
We stayed for the nights with a family of five adults. We were mostly out and about town during the day, crashing in the evening. Didn't do any cooking there, but the unit was well appointed with dishes and utensils. Easy to communicate with the owners. Was a bit stuffy at night but opening the windows and running the units fan made it comfortable. Easy to find and close to main street with stores and campus.

Very accompanying. Had everything you might need. Stairs may be a problem for some. We were able to relax and fix meals. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of sleeping areas.

I'll be back!!!!
For less than the price of the Rexburg hotel I usually stay at, I got 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a seating area, and over 3 times the space! This was a great place for me to stay. The apartment is on a quiet street a few blocks from the BYU-I campus and close to a grocery store and several places to eat. There is a park across the street. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials and most importantly, there was plenty of room for everyone when my kids came over to visit. The owners are friendly and respond quickly to any questions. I will definitely be back!

Perfect for our stay!
This apartment was just right for our needs. We had 2 adults, 4 teenagers & one little kid- enough beds for all of us.
It was unusually hot this summer, but there was a big fan in the linen closet which was really great.
The owner was SO nice to communicate with - everything was already set up, with all of the check-in & out information given in advance & easy to follow. He answered my questions right away and was SO helpful in changing our reservation for an additional night- very grateful!
Definitely recommend this rental & would stay again, especially if there for BYU-I event because location is perfect for that.

The place was clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Although the place didn't have air conditioning, there was a fan and it was comfortable with the windows open. We would stay there again!
