Villa near the beautiful beach of La Nartelle (1.1 km away), peacefully located in the private estate of La Caladoise; it has a pretty sea view and a landscaped garden.
It is near the golf course of Saint Maxime 'Blue Green', 1 course of 18 holes of 6155 m x 71 m (2 km). It is between the sea, scrubland, and cork oak forest, in a rolling land.
Despise of being designed for 7 people, it can accommodate up to 9 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have view of the sea, and one of those has a private terrace upstairs. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WC, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining room.

Saint Maxime is, along with Saint Tropez, the antique Gulf's military sentinel, with its Tour Carrée, its old town of typical alleyways, and its covered market in the city centre where it is pleasant to take a stroll.
Twice a week, a traditional market will allow you to discover the local delicacies.
This seaside resort offers a wide variety of good quality restaurants. It is well served by public transportation.
You can reach Saint Tropez by the sea by renting many shuttles and enjoy the mythical village of Saint Tropez.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern und unserem Hund zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist wunderschön, wir haben sehr gerne abends dort gesessen und die vorbei fahrenden Boote in der Bucht beobachtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man braucht, sogar einen Grill. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. In zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es sogar eine Klima Anlage, was in den manchmal sehr heissen Nächten eine große Erleichterung war. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Am Morgen mit diesem Blick zu frühstücken ist Luxus pur :). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, fantastisches Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit diesem wundervollen Ausblick sehr genossen und tolle Momente erlebt. Das Haus ist rustikal und sehr sauber. Die Küche inhaltlich toll ausgestattet, der Garten komplett umzäunt (perfekt für unseren Hund) und alles in einer sicheren und angenehmen Wohnlage. Die Gastfreundschaft der Hausbesitzerin war herausragend. Wir kommen wieder!

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir verbrachten unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub zu siebt mit meinen Eltern, im Alter von 80 Jahren, und unseren drei Kindern, im Alter von 13,16 und 18 Jahren in dem großzügig geschnittenen Haus. Meine Eltern hatten ihren eigenen Schlafbereich mit Badezimmer und Toilette im Erdgeschoß, während der Rest der Familie auf die Zimmer im Obergeschoß aufgeteilt war. Auch hier befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer, das an das Dreibettzimmer der Kinder angeschlossen ist, und ein weiteres WC. Sehr viel Stauraum bieten die Kleiderschränke und die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Man könnte hier den ganzen Tag verweilen und den grandiosen Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht genießen! Zum Meer ist es mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto ein Katzensprung - die Rückfahrt mit dem Rad ist aber schon eher sportlich...! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Hausmeisterin hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Séjour agréable en famille

15 jours passés au mois d'août en famille à la Rissoulette. Vue magnifique. Maison un peu vieillotte mais pas de surprise par rapport à l 'annonce. Bien équipée. Manque une piscine avec les ados et la distance avec la mer est un peu éloignée à pied (plus qu'annoncé) on pensait qu'il y avait un petit chemin plus direct, mais en fait il faut prendre la route. Retour tout en montée car sur la colline, d'ou l'intérêt d'une piscine. Lotissement fermé par un portail électrique avec télécommande ou code, ce qui ne nous a pas empêchés de nous faire voler la glace de rétroviseur de notre voiture, que nous laissions dans la rue, juste en dessous de la maison, car l'entrée de la villa est très pentue, et notre voiture étant basse, le devant frottait !

Très bon séjour au calme avec vue magnifique

Maison bien conçue avec une belle terrasse face à la mer. Elle est bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine trop courte !!! Merci Nadine !!!

Villa located in a very nice position, but needs renovation

The villa has a stunning view on the gulf. It is quite old and only partially renovated. One of the two double rooms and one of the two bathrooms need to be renovated. The garden is not maintained at all. The kitchen is well furnished.

Schönes, großzügiges Haus mit fantastischen Meerblick

Meine Familie und ich haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Vermieterin und Hausmeisterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sehr gut gekümmert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Wohlfühlhaus mit Traumblick

sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nur 5-10min. ins Zentrum zum Einkaufen etc. angenehmde Atmosphäre mit Wohlfühlambiente und ein traumhafter Panoramablick wunderschöne Essplätze auf der Terasse für Frühstück und Abendessen, schön schattig Wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten der großen Terasse auch unser kleiner Hund hat sich auf dem großen Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt mit einem Pool wären es 5 Sterne und wir wären nicht mehr weggefahren. Durch die Nähe zum Strand (5min. mit dem Auto) aber verschmerzbar. wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen, was wir bisher noch nie hatten die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus top ausgestattet (mit Utensilien und Geräten) und bietet genügend Platz zum Kochen. Sehr großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Mikrowelle vorhanden. Checkin-Checkout lief sehr gut und professionell, Fragen/Probleme wurden umgehend beantwortet und geklärt, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haus war für ein Ferienhaus sauber, die Möbel sehr gut erhalten. Durch den neuen weissen Kies der Terrasse immer etwas Staub. Und natürlich die obligatorischen Piniennadeln :-)

Superbe

J'étais déjà venue et suis retournée sans hésiter. La maison est toujours aussi accueilllante et la vue sur le golfe a encore été dégagée.... A vous couper le souffle... L'accueil est des plus agéables et très professionnel. Un des plus est que l'on peut demander à ce que les draps et le linge de toilette soient fournis. Ce qui libère de la place dans les valises :-) Si l'occasion m'en est donnée, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Il y avait le ciel le soleil et la mer ...

Une vue mer formidable à partir des 2 terrasses : l'une pour le petit-déjeuner l'autre pour le dîner. Un environnement calme et résidentiel mais non isolée à moins de 3 mn des plages et celle de la Nartelle en particulier. Une confiance parfaite côté transaction et un accueil à l'arrivée chaleureux et "efficace". Quand on quitte une location on se pose deux questions : Est-ce difficile de quitter / Est-ce qu'on reviendra ? C'est un oui sans hésiter. Une note globale 5* dès que la piscine sera construite (ce qui n'est pas gênant compte-tenu de la proximité de la plage). Si l'on aime Sainte-Maxime et la Nartelle, ne pas hésiter. Et si l'on ne connaît pas, la maison vous fera adorer l'endroit. Bien cordialement, Bruno

Vacances de rêve

Notre sejour à ste Maxine a été une réussite La location avec ses grands espaces a permis a chacun d avoir son independance.....la terrasse avec vue sur le Golf nous a ravi chaque jour Nous avons pu profiter du soleil ......très rapidement même en février Nous conseillons ce petit coin de paradis pour vous ressourcer et decouvrir la jolie ville de ste Maxime qui offre mille et une idées de sortie

Très agréable.

Séjour idyllique. Environnement très calme, mais à quelques minutes seulement du centre de Sainte-Maxime. Grand jardin et vue tout simplement... splendide. Lieu idéal que ce soit pour un séjour en famille ou pour une bande d'amis.

bien sous tout rapport !

cette villa a répondu à tous nos critères demandés; ; au calme et en pleine nature, offrant de l'espace et une vue bien dégagée .... sur la mer !! D'un bref d'un coup de volant nous avons fait nos courses.. La villa est bien équipée et propriétaire sympa. merci pour ce séjour en arrière saison .nous reviendrons !!

Tout simplement génial!

Superbe séjour dans une maison de charme qui allie le confort et la vue magnifique sur la mer méditerranée. Proximité de la plage tout en étant au calme.. A recommander sans hesiter. Marie-Claire et Patrick Liege Belgique
