Beautiful summer rental with gorgeous views from our private roof deck and balconies. 45 seconds to the beach, the boardwalk and Midway Steaks. This townhome offers plenty of space including 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms along with a gorgeous kitchen & living room! Private 2 car garage, as well as access to the private gated community pool!!! Every floor accessible from a private elevator. Beach badges (8), towels, linens, private washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen - Keurig, pot, pans, dishes etc.., 5 flat screen TV's, Optimum TV & WIFI are all provided. No Pets. No Smoking. Don't miss out on a great summer vacation at the Jersey Shore. ALL RENTALS ARE SUNDAY TO SUNDAY!!! Responsible party must be 25 or older, no group parties.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation

Steps to the Boardwalk

This property was located steps from the boardwalk and the beach. It was very spacious with en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. There was a community pool just outside the unit. There was a good supply of beach towels and chairs. There was a rooftop deck as well as multiple balconies.

Seaside Heights Townhouse

We were in town for a dance competition and needed a place big enough for adults and teens. This townhouse was in a perfect location. It was clean and well maintained. It was very easy to contact the property manager. We’d stay again.

Beautiful townhome!

This townhome was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Full modern baths in each of the bedrooms provided privacy for everyone in the family. The boardwalk, restaurants and attractions were all within a short walk and a car was never needed. The elevator provided easy access to all floors and was very helpful when transporting luggage, food etc. It was an additional treat to watch the weekly fireworks from the roof. Our host was easily accessible if we ever had any questions. We had a perfect vacation thanks to the beauty and amenities provided by this vacation rental.

Felt like home -- only neater

When I walked in, it looked so nice that I would have believed that someone wealthy, with a maid, and a decorator lived there. My husband especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony off the kitchen. We loved watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck. He's a big fan of recliners and snoozed a bit on the one in the living room. The kitchen was better stocked than I expected. My grandson was thrilled because there's some kind of gaming thing that's different than the one he has at home so he got to play something new. The hosts were so nice that I'd invite them to dinner if they lived near me.

Fantastic

Judy and Paul are wonderful people to deal with and couldn’t do enough to make us happy. The location is perfect in every way, minutes away from the boardwalk and beach, beautifully clean and everything a 4 star hotel would give you and better.
