One bedroom set up as nursery with an option of a Futon. The house has a 2 car garage. There are 4 kayaks and 2 beach cruisers available for use. There is a grill in the backyard. There is also a doggie door for dogs and a large dog crate if needed.

What makes this property unique

This house is a beautiful family home at the end of a very private culdesac in a quiet Peoria neighborhood. It is right next to the canal which is a great bicycle or walking trail and leads to Rio Vista which is a large rec facility with parks and playground equipment as well as splash pads, sand volleyball courts, baseball/softball fields, basketball courts and a skate park. There are dozens of restaurants 3 miles away and is also a 3 mile drive to the Peoria Sports Complex, shopping, and movies.
