Newly renovated super-cozy studio in the heart of downtown Aspen. Located on Waters Avenue, just 3 blocks from the gondola and bus station. City Market is 2 blocks away, and Aspen’s finest restaurants and shops are within walking distance. No car necessary!
An impeccably designed small space provides everything one would want. A queen-sized bed with luxury-class linens (down fill) and queen-sized sofa pullout will comfortably accommodate 2 adults (and 1 child.) The kitchenette includes a Smeg refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, and a Trinity One pour over coffee system.
Parking pass available for on-street parking and building has coin-op laundry room.

Nifty little spot close to walk to everything.

Grown daughter and I popped out for a quick stay, her first trip to Aspen. Town was quiet, weather beautiful, and lots of shopping, dining and a day on Aspen Mountain snow shoeing.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved that it distance to downtown! Easy check in, well thought out space, and great communication. Highly recommend!

Great location, super manager, small space

The location of this property is perfect. It's within a 5-10 minute walk of everything in town and the mountain. Everything was clean, quiet, and safe. The property manager is very responsive. The only negative was the size. It was difficult to fit 2 adults, our big suitcases (we were there for a wedding and skiing). I highly recommend the place, but know you have tight quarters! There also is not a lot of light.

Convenient and cute studio

We had a great skiing vacation at Aspen. Only thing bad about this unit is that it is very expensive for a tiny studio, but it’s Aspen.

Cozy apartment in great location

Helpful host and great location in Aspen. Lots of amenities and close to the lift. Only drawbacks are not a lot of natural light and you can hear everything in the upstairs unit. Would stay again though.

Cozy studio in center of town

The spot is perfect for a couple looking for a well-located spot at the base of the mountain for a weekend getaway! We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to the slopes/around town

Nice cozy accomodations

Nice space for 2 people and close walking distance to the town gondola and bus station for other ski resorts. Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Had coffee pods on hand and a few "pay it forward" items in the fridge from previous guests. Grocery store and liquor store close proximity.

The location is terrific—quieter neighborhood near the gondola and easy to walk everywhere. The space was actually a bit bigger than expected. It was very comfortable and clean.

Cozy and fun

Small doesn’t mean sacrificing comforts. The space is filled with well thought through amenities and details. A perfect spot for a couple to drop and roll in comfort and convenience to all Aspen has to offer. Love it! Our new go to when in Aspen as a couple.

Small, and bright at night

I recommend you consider replacing the light filtering blinds with room darkening blinds so people can sleep. Also, there is no way this room can sleep 4 people as advertised. Also, there is no cook top of any kind, and the property was not overly clean. For example, there was dust and whatever all over the glass shelves in the medicine cabinet. I was also a little disappointed in how very small the property was. I’m sorry to be so negative, but I felt I paid a pretty Good price for the property, and I expected it to at least be clean and dark for sleeping at night.

A great place to stay

It was a great location, clean, easy to check-in. We stayed four nights and were comfortable. The only amenity that wasn’t currently there was an iron but is usually there. Everything else was great!

Great Location in Aspen

This is a studio with toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge but no cook top. It's really small, below street level, without a view. It's purely functional and nice for what it is, a place to snooze just a couple of blocks from the gondola in Aspen. There's no property manager, so we had to be in touch with the owner directly to get instructions for getting in, a minor annoyance.

Location and Convenience

Convenient to everything location. Small, yet comfortable and cozy. Lovely small details that make the space unique. Had a few minor end-of-season hitches, to which the hosts promptly responded and resolved. Would rent again.

Perfect Location and Great Space

The photos don't do this sweet gem justice. It is incredibly well-appointed with a gorgeous aesthetic and incredible attention to detail, especially for a small space. There was a nespresso machine with pods, such a nice touch. The location couldn't not have been better for accessing skiing and town. Sam was quick to get back to me and very accommodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location for skiing and restaurants; well appointed

This is a quite small basement unit with one window. That said, it is well appointed, very comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. The location is excellent with a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and many restaurants. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. There is a microwave but no stove. Street parking available outside the building.

Great location!

The studio apartment is very convenient to walking anywhere in central Aspen. The unit is quite small but it’s Aspen, and well designed. Enjoyed our stay.
