Villa with large private panoramic garden and superb view on lake Orta

Casa Silvana can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

It is located in a sunny south-facing position in Pettenasco, on the east coast of Lake Orta and has a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The house has a delightful garden (completely fenced) with barbecue, fruit trees and garden furniture. Vehicles up to 4.00m long can park on the Casa Silvana property. Vehicles longer than 4.00 m can be parked in a public parking lot 80 m from house. The width is not restricted.

Living room with dining area. Fully-equipped kitchen with washing-machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds). Balcony.

Ideal location for boat and water sports-lovers.

Garden table and chairs, garden furniture and barbecue - ideal for all your meals "al fresco".

Internet access is available via dongle (mobile Wi-Fi - Pocket WEB).
Up to 30 GB available at a flat rate of 15 € for your entire stay. An extra 15 GB is available for an additional flat fee of 5 €

Touring bikes and e-bikes and rowing boats for 4 -people with outboard motor (petrol or electric) as well as paddle boards can be rented.

Please note, the price quoted is for 2 people; additional guests are 10 Euros per person per day.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Der Garten hat uns begeistert. Große Kamelienbäume, die noch blühten. Sonne von morgens bis abends mit schöner Aussicht. Das Häuschen ist auch wunderschön eingerichtet und hat sehr viel Charme. Wanderungen beginnen direkt vor dem Haus und es gibt eine Pizzeria und eine Osteria im kleinen Ort. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Vielen herzlichen Dank auch für den freundlichen Empfang.

Nous n'avons pas été prévenue de la fête annuelle de 2 soirée avec DJ en arrivant dans cette location nous étions très fatiguée par le voyage de 6 heures De plus fausse information sur une piste cyclable autour du lac route nationale très dangereuses

Nice house, beautiful garden

A small but nice house, well cared for, with a very large garden, where the dog could run free. The only downside is the church bells. The view of the lake as shown in the picture can only be seen from a hill further down the garden.
