The location is perfect! Three-minute walk to the beach! Clear water, soft sand and beautiful sunsets are just a small part of what this incredible area offers! Enjoy upscale shopping and dining just steps away from the condo on the famous St. Armands Circle! Swimming pool and hot tub at the condo! Only a short drive to play golf on Longboat Key. Enjoy fishing and boating on gorgeous Sarasota Bay. Go kayaking through the mangroves! The famous Mote Marine Laboratory & Museum is less than a 5 minute drive. Wonderful for kids and the whole family!
Sarasota offers a wide appreciation of the arts with the John Ringling House & Museum and Van Wezel close by. The downton area has been completely renovated in the past decade and offers shops, art galleries, a wonderful array of restaurants & cafes and a vibrant night life. Whole Foods Market nearby.
The condo is fully equipped for extended stays. Comfortable and beautifully decorated with care. Large comfy couch, dining table, 2 new smart tv's, high speed internet. Plenty of drawer & closet space for your whole family to unpack and settle in. Enjoy the balcony looking out at palm trees. There is a rack on the balcony on which to hang your wet suits store your sandy shoes & flip flops so they are not in your bathroom! Laundry room on premises as well as an elevator. You will have a designated covered parking place & there is also parking available for 24 hours on the street side with parking pass.
