Welcome to La Bella Vita, The Beautiful Life! This stunning 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was custom built to perfectly maximize open air and outdoor living. You walk up to the massive 10 foot wide wrap-around covered decking that offers over 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The deck features plenty of chaise lounge chairs, gas grill and a porch swing that will provide hours of enjoyment and the perfect setting for a summer evening after the beach.

The living room space features a beautiful dual sided gas “island” fireplace, ample lounging space and views galore. Gorgeous varying width, heart of pine hardwood flooring lies throughout the home. The room flows perfectly into the grand kitchen with custom stainless steel appliances and custom wine fridge. A huge granite topped island is perfect for entertaining and dining alike. The owners have spared no expense in stocking the kitchen with all the amenities a professional chef would need. Windows upon windows allow the natural light to pour into this warm and inviting home. Multiple doors lead back out to your covered, wrap around decking, your open air sun deck, and a huge completely screened in rear back porch with outdoor dining table.

Ready for a day at the beach or a sunrise stroll? Your own beach access is directly across the street from your front door. This natural covered path has a fun, tropical feel. When you return home from a day at the beach, shower off in your own outdoor, private tiki shower at the rear of the house.

The master bedroom, with King bed, is huge with an enormous bathroom suite, marble shower, Jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids or adults since the bunk bed has two Full beds to sleep 4 total. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have private access to the back screen porch. The final Queen bed is found in the 4th bedroom in the back-middle of the home. High quality linen and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Massive garage underneath the home provides sufficient parking as well as a perfect place to keep your beach toys while you are here. House also comes with kayak, perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer.

Home is non smoking and not pet-friendly. No events/parties allowed. Located in one of the quieter spots on Folly Beach, home is in a residential area with many full-time residents around. Noise ordinance in effect 24/7. Home includes all modern amenities you may need, washer/dryer, free WIFI, Roku, satellite TV, and surround sound throughout. Please contact us with any questions. Great Generational Getaway at Folly Beqch/Charleston

We enjoyed a lovely week at La Bella Vista in March 2025 for a 3 generation vacation. The house was well described in the listing. Comfortable, fully stocked, great communication. Location was ideal for day trips into Charleston and surrounding areas, then relax in the laid back atmosphere of Folly Beach.

Perfect Beach House

This beach house had everything we needed, there wasn't a single detail that was missing. The house is large and well furnished; stylish and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was 100% equipped to tackle any meal we wanted to prepare, the outdoor living spaces were wonderful. The location to town was very convenient, the beach access was feet away from the house. The property had a multitude of amenities to enjoy the beach, bike into town, or stay in and hang out at home. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we return to Folly.

Fabulous house!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is very spacious and the wrap around porch meets every need whether one wants to grill, lay out in the sun, swing, or eat outside without annoying insects. The service and accommodations were top notch! We will definitely look into renting this house again!

Beautiful home!

My girlfriends and I stayed at La Bella Vita for a girls weekend. We loved the house! It is spacious and comfortable. There were enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready in. The wrap around porch is incredible and we were very close to the beach. We wish we had more time at the house and on the island!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and in the home. There were a few things in the description that weren’t available at the house. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our vacation.

Perfection

This was our first time to Folly and we could not have asked for more...the home is BEYOND!! The porch is magic...coffee in the morning and wine at night...the kitchen is great for cooking and being less than 100 steps to the beach...perfection! We would sit and have coffee and listen to the waves and do the same at night with our wine. We were able to see the blood moon perfectly and this was such a special place to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolute bliss and we cannot wait to return...

Great week!

We just returned from a week at Folly Beach and this wonderful house. In total there were 9 of us- 4 adults and 5 kids. We all had plenty of room and very much enjoyed the huge outdoor living space. It is a short walk to the beach, and a mile walk to the lovely town of Folly Beach. I would highly recommend this house. Location, house, beach, Folly Beach itself, and its closeness to Charleston (15 min drive) makes this house highly desireable. We all feel refreshed and sunburned!

Great location, and plenty of space

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out. Being able to just cross the street and be at the beach was perfect. Since it was November and COVID the beach was the perfect place to be with the kids. I would say the only thing I would change is the couch. The support is gone. My mother in law had a tough time getting off of it because of the sinking. Other than that it was great!

Exceeds Expectations

We have stayed at FollyBeach five times for family reunions and this place was perfect. I was expecting a longer walk to the beach but it is so close down a tropical pathway. We were able to lug all of our supplies for the day in one haul but you can pop back to the house anytime so easily that we got less and less concerned about making sure we had everything the first time. House is lovely and well equipped. Curved breakfast bar is great. Large outdoor area for hanging out. Laundry room big and highly functional. We like to try different places each time but I have a feeling we will be back here on our next visit.

Amazing Vacation Home

By reading through the reviews and looking at the pictures, I knew that this house was perfect for our family vacation. It was not until we got there that I realized how perfect it was! I think the word that both my husband and I used to describe this house was "ridiculous" - in the best way possible. There was something to do for all ages (our kids age from 3 to 10). There was truly no detail that was not thought of from the stocked kitchen, the games for all, beach toys and chairs,etc. The house and outdoor space is so big that you never feel that you are on top of each other. We could have stayed there FOREVER! We really hope that we can go back next summer.

GREAT Entertainment house

myself plus 8 other ladies stayed in this house for a long weekend as a Bachelorette gathering. We were so impressed with the house, its features and location! Weather was great so we were at the beach most of the days but loved the option to hang out at the house front/side porch and back porch with screens to keep bugs out. There were plenty of beach towels for us all to use, beach chairs games, cornhole boards, pin-pong table, dart boards outside and tons of seating. The beach access path is right across the street from this house so was PERFECT location. inside of the house was wonderful, big open kitchen, speakers inside and outside the house to pull in your phone and play music. We will be back with our husbands next time!

Great activities available

The house was awesome. Very comfortable and nice layout. Awesome downstairs for kid activities. I was dismayed that your neighbor approached us the first day and "threatened" us with a copy of the noise ordinance and said it could "cost us $500" and that we should read it. He then called the realty company who called to say they were called about the noise and that kids were hanging around. My husband and I stayed the entire visit and hosted a few of my sons friends. This group of high school athletes who are bound for college on academic and athletic scholarships, have lost 5'friends in the past 8 months to car accidents and accidental opiod drug use. It has been devastating for them. We wanted to be able to host them in a safe environment. I appreciate that your neighbor is feeling the discomfort of having weekly/weekend renters but not all kids are bad. Our kids kept their music down, rode the bikes, rode skateboards, found sharks teeth, played spike ball at the beach. I think that as parents of teens, we also needed the healing weekend and an opportunity to feel that our kids can be safe. Your home was a nice haven for our bunch. Thanks
