1 Tumalo Ln is a quick walk to the river, and a short walk/ride to Ft. Rock Park, the Village and the SHARC.

The quiet location and the amenities included make this a peaceful retreat. With over 3200 Sq Ft this open floor plan with vaulted ceilings is perfect for multiple families to get together, relax, and enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. The home has 2 masters, one upstairs with a king bed and walk in closet. The second master is downstairs also with a king bed. Both masters have direct access to the spacious 8 person hot tub. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs, one with a king, and the other with 2 sets of log bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a sauna and access to the hot tub. There is a second living space downstairs with a sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked kitchen has solid surface counters, pantry, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a meal at the bar or at the large 8 person table.

A private deck with gas BBQ and 2 outdoor eating areas gives plenty of room for large gatherings and allows for your enjoyment of the beauty of Sunriver. In the double car garage there are 7 adult size bikes, 2 children's bikes, and a baby trailer that is easy to attach to any bike. Although bikes are available, we encourage you to bring your own due to possible unexpected maintenance issues. Also in the garage is a foosball table and a second refrigerator. The large private driveway has a basketball hoop.

Great spring break trip

The house was super clean and very well appointed! Sunriver is wonderful and only a short drive to Mt. Bachelor. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful. I highly recommend this property, especially if you are traveling with friends.

Cozy getaway

Absolutely amazing home!

We stayed here 5 nights amd loved the house. We especially loved the large open space of the house, the hot tub, and the sauna. When were back in the Bend/Sunriver area we'll be looking up this spot again!

Great Family Sunriver House

Our extended family just enjoyed a wonderful week in Sunriver and this house helped make it so. There was room for everyone to be comfortable.... Myself, my grown kids, and my 4 grandkids. The arcade room and the garage games were a hit for the kids and adults. The sauna was perfect when the rafting weather was a bit cooler than expected. We loved it and we'll be back.

Little girls weekend away

We brought our girls group from church here for an end of the year trip. The house was perfect! Everything was in great order and stocked. The kids loved the hot tub and arcade games and us adults especially loved the sauna. I would definitely recommend this place! The owners are wonderful at quick communication as well. Thank you!

Great House

We went down with friends and it was a great fit for 7. House has great common space to hang around together and good distractions, including video games and foos ball. I also want to give special credit to the owner for flexibility checking out. We had a hiccup managing our cars and appreciated them taking some of the stress out of the situation during the check-out process. Sometimes people forget how to be good human being in this situation. I appreciate that they were understanding.

Amazing!

My family loved this home. Great space for kids downstairs, including the separate TV area and arcade games. The house was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub worked perfectly and the sauna was a nice way to end a long day at the mountain. Kitchen had everything. This is our second time staying here and can’t wait to go back.

perfect location for a relaxing get-away

This house was so amazing! We rented it with 2 other couples. The three king beds and 3+ baths was a huge plus. This house did not disappoint. The photos are very accurate. The house was clean and roomy yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spread out for more privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with most pans and appliances you will need, even a nice blender for smoothies. The big deck with a gas BBQ could accommodate a large group. Very quiet area. Great location to biking trails and the Oregon Observarory (which was amazing and well worth the cost!) The collection of bikes (8 or more) worked out well, easy to find the right fit. Or you can rent one in the Village. But bring your own bike lock. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions. We are looking forward to renting again next fall.

Family gathering

Great home for our family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of activities for the grandkids. We didn’t use the deck because it was in the hot sun in the afternoon. The only concerned we had was for the two crawling babies. The deck had large enough openings for babies/toddlers to fall through. And, the windows (floor level) in the family room had no safety latches. We blocked off the area because of the littles. The air conditioning was great, actually, too cool for the downstairs. We had to block off some of the vents downstairs. Overall we would definitely rent this house again. The owners care about your stay and are receptive to fixing any concerns you might have.

Family Reunion

Pros:This was a large property, in a quiet location. It came with 10 passes to the waterpark. The kids enjoyed the video game room and the downstairs family room. It had 3 King Size beds. The property manager was fast to respond to our requests. Cons: It definitely had some challenges with cleanliness. Upon arrival, my daughter washed the windows on the sliding door to the deck. They were left very dirty. The slider tracks were so filled with dirt & debris that you had to lean into them & use your body weight to get them open. My husband spent 30 minutes cleaning them out, so that we could easily open them. The wall to wall carpet was very dirty. We found the vacuum, which was badly clogged, fixed it and vaccumed the upstairs carpet. He had to empty the canister twice just cleaning the upstairs carpet. The kitchen was in need of some TLC. The kitchen faucet continued to ruin unless you left it in an exact position over the sink. The silverware holder in the dishwasher had holes in the bottom of it, allowing silvereare to partially slip through. This made it difficult to push the bottom level of the dishwasher back in. The primary bedroom had a sink that would not drain. These are but a few of the challenges we faced. None of which would I have anticipated of a house at this price point. We have been renting houses at Sunriver for 25 years. This one was by far the most challenging. Unfortunately, the cons out weighed the pros. We would not stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

This is a beautiful house located in the center of Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family. It had two master bedrooms and a room with two bunk beds for the kids. It had a lot of windows, was very clean and stocked with just about everything you would need. The kids loved the arcade room and the air hockey game. It is close to the Sunriver Village and numerous bike trails. We will certainly recommend this house to family and friends.
