Furnished Turnkey Monthly Rental in Downtown Historic Norcross
All you need is your suitcase!
It is located in downtown Historic Norcross. It is an easy 2 block walk to downtown shops, restaurants, parks and events (festivals, concerts, movies and community theater).
The house is very convenient to major highways and is a 30 minute drive to downtown Atlanta and the Atlanta Airport. It is a short drive to Eagle Rock, Third Rail, Atlanta Film Works and other studios.
It has original hardwood floors, a new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There is a screened porch and a covered front porch with an open deck for grilling. The house is a perfect turnkey rental. It is fully furnished including towels, linens, and an outfitted kitchen.

I rented Wingo cottage for a few months from Nov 2020-Feb 2021 and then again for a whole year starting March 2021. The house was perfect for our needs! We have a business in Atlanta and our permanent home is 1 1/2 hours away so my son stayed there full time and I was able to come and go as I pleased. The house is so cozy and we were able to walk for dinner anytime we liked. The main parks for Norcross are a quick flat walk and the city always has concerts and activities for the public . It is a very friendly little town. If you want the city you are about 15 miles from Atlanta and amazing restaurants , theatre , art museums , etc… Laura and Greg were so helpful with whatever came up and we have become great friends from our stay at the cottage!

Our stay at the Wingo Cottage was absolutely amazing! Everything is as perfect as it seems online! The kitchen is compact and has everything you need. The bed is comfy and Laura is extremely accommodating and caring. I would highly recommend staying at this cozy, quaint cottage in downtown Norcross! The location is unbeatable; with restaurants, bars and a brewery in walking distance. We hope to be back!

The cottage was everything we needed and more. We stayed for 3 months while our home was being renovated. Having the "landlords" right across the street was an added plus. They left us alone, but if we needed them, they were there in a minute.

It was a great staying, Laura and Greg was awesome host, they are very helpful and friendly. Place so clean and cozy. Enjoy our stayin. Highly recommend
