FOR THE KIDS:
We have a FANTASTIC POOL (Can be heated. In the off season months. The cost is $50 per day for running the heater) PING PONG TABLE, POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, ARCADE GAME, CORN HOLE, BASKETBALL GOAL, and FOOSE BALL TABLE.
We have RING Security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the property that monitor the # of cars, people entering the home. We do this to make sure all house rules are followed.

ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA OF ANY KIND or you will forfeit your entire deposit-- We do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the property (and we can easily count people and cars). No smoking anywhere on property.
Damage deposit will be kept if you smoke on property.


No outside music after 9pm
Quiet time starts at 11:00pm. You do have neighbors and must keep your noise level down after 11:00pm.

Everyone that is on the property counts as a guest and must be accounted for and paid for. (This includes people staying, people stopping by to visit, and kids.... everybody counts)
4 car max on property
Base rate is for 15 people. Extra charges for people 16-20. Never can there be more than 20 people on property.

At no time during your reservation are you to leave minors at the home unsupervised. There must be an adult 25 years or older at the home. To clarify if you rent and leave your children while you go out there must be someone over 25 to chaperone the entire time.
You can not leave to go out and leave your kids to watch themselves in our home.

This home is perfect for your large family and guests. It is 6,000 SF with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It has 2 large kitchens and a pool. (The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day - Please let me know 3 days before your arrival if you want me to run the heater for you)
This house is immaculate, and the finished basement is really more like a 2nd home as opposed to a conventional basement. There are 65" TVs in each living room, and 40" TV's in the bedroom. We have direct TV and Roku's with YouTube TV, Netflix and streaming apps. You can stream YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, or your favorite live stream. The house has upgraded business WIFI throughout. Both kitchens are fully stocked, and we provide 2 irons and ironing boards. All you need to bring is yourself.
The layout of beds is as follows:
Bedroom #1 – ( 1 King Bed, 1 Twin bed)
Bedroom # 2 – ( 1 King Bed,)
Bedroom #3 – ( 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin)
Bedroom # 4 – ( 1 king, and 2 twins)
Bedroom # 5( 2 Queens) & 1 Twin


Bathroom # 1 – Is in master bedroom upstairs – It has a garden tub, stand up shower, and his / her sink
Bathroom # 2 – Upstairs – In Bedroom # 2 – It has a stand up shower
Bathroom # 3 is beside Bedroom # 3 and the upstairs living room. It has a tub/ shower combo
Bathroom # 4 is in downstairs Master (Bedroom #4) – It has a garden tub, stand up double headed shower, and his / her sink
Both living rooms are huge --- roughly 22’x 28’ in dimensions.



There are 2 large 6 seat tables in both dining rooms , stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. There is also a desk for your office needs. There is a deck that overlooks the pool. It has seats for 6 for outside dining. There is a charcoal grill for your grilling needs. Extra chairs and tables are in the home .

The basement has plenty of windows, and doors that lead directly to the pool. It has a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a 6 seat dining room table, 2 full living room suit, (couch, loveseat, and recliner). The master bedroom in the basement has a king bed, and a twin trundle bed that pulls out to sleep 2 more. Bedroom # 2 has 2 queen beds, Bedroom # 3 has a queen and a twin bed. The master bath has a standup double shower, and a garden tub. There is a laundry room upstairs with washer and dryer. There is a train table and foose ball table for the little one's to play with, a high chair, and a pack n play are also provided.

OUR HOME IS A VACATION HOME -- NOT A PLACE TO HAVE PARTIES!!

Our home is 2 miles from interstate 20. You can be at Six Flags in 20 min or downtown Atlanta in 25-minutes, We are 35 minutes from Atlanta airport too. Being on the west side of Atlanta, you don't have to fight the dreaded Atlanta traffic! Arbor Place Mall and Regal Cinemas in Douglasville are 7 minutes away. Wal Mart, Sam's Club, and all the eating places are near the mall too.

***As an added bonus- The home is a across the street from Clinton Nature Park with playgrounds, walking track, and nature trails. The playground is huge, and you can literally walk across the street. They have tables for a picnic too.

This place has something from everyone. We host a lot of families that are in town for weddings. We are 15 minutes from Fox Hall Resort.
