Absolutely Gorgeous!

We loved everything about this property. The neighborhood felt very historic, yet trendy. Close to several restaurants, bars and breweries. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. We would tell a lot of thought and care was put in to making it a home away from home. Every room was well-appointed and beautiful. The laundry room with the full sized washer and dryer were added bonuses! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful upscale apartment, custom details throughout, very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bath. Conveneint location, quiet yet close to shops and restaurants (we enjoyed Henry's Pub and A.K.A. Kitchen, and FreeLove Coffee, a short stroll down 4th St.)

Great neighbohood location but close to town!

This was our first time staying in this VRBO, but both my husband and I just loved it! It turns out we were super close to our daughter’s house so we were able to just walk over and visit whenever we wanted to. Everything inside the facility was super clean and up-to-date. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, with tons of pillows and blankets available. There was a washer dryer, which came in handy and lots of space to spread out! Chelsea was always available to answer any questions we need. What a great spot!

Convenient Apartment

Chelsea's place is both comfortable and clean. It is a great place to relax and a location convenient to downtown. We enjoyed walking in the historic neighborhood as well as to downtown restaurants and the Loveland Museum.

Great location to visit RMNP

Fantastic VRBO. Convenient to local breweries and restaurants. The upstairs apartment is spotless and clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed here before and hope to return next summer to hike in RMNP. Chelsea is easy to communicate with and is readily available to address any concerns.

Top notch quality garage apartment.

Wonderful location, everything felt brand new, loved the decor, bright and cheery. The only negative was we picked a week that the surrounding roads were a mess due to new pipes being installed. Large equipment moving around made parking a challenge. We would stay again, and have no doubt things will calm down once roads reopen. Was perfect for visiting RMNP and Fort Collins.

Homey stay away from home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very comfortable and roomy and had everything we need. Great furnishings, comfy bed and pillows, and lots of room to spread out. Everything was so clean Very light and bright. Having a full size washer and dryer was a great bonus. The location was perfect for our trip as we were close to a main road that took us straight down to my parent's place in Berthoud, and so easily accessible to the highways. There was a minor snafu with the door code when we arrived and we had to wait for one of the hosts to attend in person, but the response was speedy and we managed to get sorted out easily enough.

Our stay was wonderful! We were in Loveland for the week with our teenage daughter who was playing select softball. The place was immaculate and well furnished. It was also very well stocked with more than we expected. Communication with host was very responsive. Overall fantastic stay...highly recommend!

Cozy get away

This property was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice. Very easy to get to Fort Collins for our daughter’s graduation. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Excellent Value and Quality

Every little detail of this unit is well thought out and there was no skimping on quality (sinks, bathroom, bed, couches). The high ceilings are particularly nice. This unit itself is above a garage with gives a good sense of privacy. The negative to this is the family seems to get to work quite early so I would suggest guests bring a sound machine or use an app for a phone/tablet. I'll definitely stay again.
