Our quiet and cozy one bedroom condo is equipped with all of the basics to keep you comfortable. Newly renovated and just across the street from a mostly quiet area of the beach where you can watch launches, watch the cruise ships roll in and out or simply just enjoy. You will love sunrises on the patio with a nice cup of coffee or walking the beach, looking for shells. Very convenient front side parking area, nice clean pool, and away from traffic. It is in a great location for commuters to avoid high traffic areas and get to work. If you are looking to relax and get away. This is the place for you. This condo is perfect for those sunrise walks on the beach. Nestled in a quiet beach side area, but minutes from both Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral.
