About this property

Whether you plan to stay a day, a week, or you're a "snowbird" we welcome you to our 3 BR 2 bath end unit villa style condo located in the heart of Bradenton. This quiet community is a perfect place to hang your hat while you're away from home. It has easy access to grocery stores, a bowling alley, a movie theater, putt putt golf, many restaurants, IMG Academy, shopping, Bradenton Beach, Holmes beach, Anna Maria Island and much more.
This unit offers a king bed in the owner's suite, a queen bed in a second BR, and a set of twin bunk beds in the 3rd BR. Space (and city code) allows for up to 6 to sleep. A large heated community pool, playground, basketball court, shuffleboard and tennis court and a grilling/picnic (grill area ONLY is temporarily closed due to covid) area are all right around the corner.
The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances along with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and is fully equipped for those times you wish to eat in. The living room has a full size sofa which reclines at each end and there are also 2 additional swivel recliners and a large flat screen TV with cable. A washer and dryer in the unit give you the opportunity to pack light. A screened in lanai backs up to a pond and allows you to enjoy the various wildlife. This unit has 2 designated parking spaces for your convenience. There are 2 beach chairs/towels and a cooler if you want to head to the beaches. This unit has WiFi and for those rainy days you will find games and cards.

Christmas visit

We’ve stayed at this property a few times at the end of the year. It’s close to our family and friends. Beds and couch are comfy. Plenty of stores, restaurants and fast food nearby. It’s a ten minute drive to Anna Maria Island and beaches. We’ve never been to the pool/clubhouse and I’m not sure we’ve even seen it. Older community so it’s usually quiet except for some yappy dog for 3 hours this morning. Owners are easy to reach if you need them. I would stay here again.

Nice House

The only issues I had was the internet got shut off right after I used the echo dot to play music in the kitchen. Those devices are linked to the user account. May have been just a coincidence but I did try to reset 3 times and after contacting the host it came back on really fast. Also I was cooking for my family function we attended and when I had no shoes on I noticed a lot of dirt on the floor. I swept and there was a lot of dirt on the floor. I spilled on the floor (water) and when I wiped it the paper towel changed colors. Everything else was good.

First time in the area

We were three adults and one kid and stayed for 5 days. We had looked at hotels and prices, then we found this place on Vrbo and booked it. Similar price but more room for everyone. Great place and hosts. No issues at all, enjoyed the place and the location. We would stay here again if we are in town again.

bradenton 2023

Close to MANY restaurants and stores. Extremely quiet except for the group of ducks that had a party daily at 1:00am ;o) Plenty of room in the condo to gather as a group or stay away from each other. The excellent beaches of Anna Maria Island are a 10 minute drive (under normal circumstances, may be longer when the snowbirds are there or spring break). The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. 2023 was our 2nd stay and we've already booked for 2024.

Not Impressed

Positive: Tons of toys for kids, close-ish to beaches Negative: house is dirty, ants everywhere, a/c only barely worked b/c we cleaned the filthy filter, old and very dusty decor, moldy shower curtains, washer/dryer make clothes stink, stains on mattress cover, outdoor lanai area and outdoor furniture too dirty to enjoy, hardly any grass in backyard as pictured, house smelled musty upon arrival. When I asked who cleaned the house between visitors, the host replied “we have a cleaning lady that comes as needed.” What?! As needed?! Gross. I emailed the host pictures of everything and they did not reply or attempt to make anything better. I would not stay at this VRBO again or recommend it to anyone.

Close to IMG

My family and I stayed in April while my son attended IMG for training. It is super close (about a mile) to the campus and made for easy community in the early morning. The property was very clean and had everything a family could need (beach chairs, beach towels, fully loaded kitchen, etc). We did not spend much time there as we were out all day, but the neighborhood seemed very quiet and the one time my kids swam in the community pool, they had fun. James & Cara were very communicative and we had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited with family members over Christmas and this condo is really close to them. It's a short drive to Anna Maria Island for beach stuff. Plenty of space and the neighborhood is quiet. There's a clubhouse but we've never visited it.

Excellent Stay and House Conditions

Great house with wonderful rooms. You have everyhing you need in here. I will recommend this house to any person that might need a stay for vacations. As a bonus, you have available a swimming pool and tennis courts. The location is peaceful.

The villa was beautiful inside like a oasis. Fully supplied house if someone had to fly. in they would have everything the needed. I like that the kitchen had thing that were not glass kid friendly. Everything was perfect.

PERFECT PLACE!!!

Everything about this home away from home was perfect..from check to check out. It was the most coziest and cutest spot ever, location was perfect and close to some amazing beaches..Anna Maria Island had the most beautiful sunset one could ask for) The kids did not want to leave, there was everything in this home you needed to entertain the kids. The beds were so comfortable. I absolutely love this place and will be back Thanks Tina (Stayed 5/12 thru 5/15!

Beautiful and clean, it felt like home!

This was a wonderful experience. I ended up getting in early, so I asked them if I could check in early and they said no problem! It was just like home. I will definitely be renting from these wonderful people again!

Above and beyond

My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend and we were blown away with the experience! The home is absolutely adorable, the host responds very quickly and they are beyond understanding and considerate! We have three dogs and they even allowed them to come with us! What a treat! The home has a great layout and they have thought of everything you would need to make your life easier while away! The neighborhood is quite, with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by! We look forward to coming back in the future!! Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended!

Great in all ways!

The location was great. The layout of the unit was great. The accumulation of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, rackets and balls sure makes having fun a whole lot easier when you fly in and can’t bring those things with you. All of the little kitchen extras also make things so home like. Thanks for a great place. Keep up the good work.

Great condo. A lot bigger than it looks from the front. Plenty of room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen but we didn't cook so I'm not sure of the pots and pans situation. Unbelievably quiet neighborhood. Pond in the back had ducks and geese and a sandhill crane that thought he was in charge of the area. Had one small issue that was addressed immediately. Beds were comfy. Furniture in the living room was good. We would stay here again.

Great getaway

We were there for the power boat Regatta. Everything was as described. Very relaxing . Did not get to the beaches. We ubered every where and was wonderful. Great place to stay.
