This 3 bedroom/2 bath corner condo is located on the 3d floor of Building A in Crystal Sands complex. Stunning views of the Gulf are visible from every angle of the kitchen, living room and spacious balcony.

This beautiful home features kitchen with granite counters, tiled back splash, stainless appliances, and granite counters. There are High Definition flat panel TVs, blue ray DVDs and free WIFI! This home is perfect for entertaining family and friends, and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The unit sleeps a total of 8:
*Master bedroom - 1 king bed - sleeps 2
*Upstairs loft area - 1 queen bed - sleeps 2
*Bonus room - 2 new bunk beds - perfect for kids - sleeps 4

The complex has recently been renovated with a new roof, new railings, new balcony flooring and fresh paint. The pool is heated and is close to the unit. The building is located in the Crystal Beach area of Scenic HWY 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the outlet mall, downtown Destin, the harbor and Sandestin!

Beautiful views

Easy access to beach. Location was ideal for restaurants & shopping. Well stocked kitchen pans, dishes, utensils, and towels. Clean, Master bed was very comfortable. Master bathroom pretty small (main bath). Unit was a bit smaller than we had anticipated. It did state 1100 sq ft, we were just 2 people so it was fine for us.

Cozy & Convenient Beachside Condo Rental

We enjoyed a relaxing getaway at this well-located condo, close to shopping, dining, and a grocery store for all the vacation essentials. One of the best perks was the private beach access, complete with dedicated beach chairs and an umbrella—perfect for soaking up the sun.Inside, the condo was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances and clean cookware but was lacking grilling utensils. The windowless bunk room ran very warm but the property included a fan to help with airflow.The check-in process was very easy and the property had a welcoming atmosphere. While beach toys or chairs would be a great addition for families to use, the overall experience made this a place worth returning to and recommending.

A ramp to the beach is needed for the disabled. Also, ADA toilets and walk in showers would be helpful to us seniors!

1st Time to Destin

This was our first time to Destin and we will be back! I came across this condo by accident on VRBO and it was the exact date we were looking for. This condo was everything and more. It was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. One of our best vacations yet!!

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit. Fabulous 3rd floor corner unit with amazing ocean front views. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, flatware. Everything is nice an clean. Easy access, great private beach. Best location on the Emerald Coast.

Wonderful trip!

We had a great stay here at Crystal Sands! The 3rd floor corner unit was the perfect amount of space with both a full bath upstairs and downstairs. The included chairs and umbrella rental was a great amenity!

The condo was perfect for our family! The beach was absolutely beautiful and the view from the patio was amazing. The check in/out process was super simple and everything went smooth. Amy was great to work with and was always responsive. We can’t wait to go back to Destin!!

Perfect location

This unit is right on the beach, which is what we were looking for. I believe the private beach access may be under construction at this time, but there was a public access right next to the building. The corner views were perfect! Looking forward to staying there again

The condo was just as beautiful as pictured. Amy, the host, was always very responsive and polite from pre-trip to during! The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and serving. Our first trip to Destin was a success.

Spring Break 2023

Our stay at Crystal Sands was glorious! The view was incredible from the balcony, the private access to the beach was lovely and the reserved beach chairs and umbrellas were really nice. The condo itself was beautiful. Our youngest had a blast making friends and playin in the pool.

Great Beach View

The condo was comfortable and the location was great! We especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins in the morning. It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the balcony. It would be nice to have Netflix or another streaming service. We would definitely stay there again.

Delightfully Destin

No more high rises for us. This was 3 levels. We had top corner condo. Loft was excellent use of space. It was very clean. Great location: close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beach, restricted to guests only and yes you get 2 chairs and umbrella included with this rental. Amy was quick to reply and help with anything we needed. We will definitely try to rent this again.

Disappointing

Property location was very good. The condo was very dirty. We went out and bought spray cleaner to clean the fronts of the kitchen cabinets. There were coffee stains down the front of the cabinets. Two drawer fronts had sticky food substances by pulls. There was a hole in the ceiling, a cover was missing that covered the opening. Property owner had someone out to repair. Host was most helpful in resolving issues. She told me she had a deep clean done for the new year. She obviously is relying on others to clean the condo. I would recommend that the host inspect their facilities on a regular basis. I will be providing photos to the host, so she knows this is not an exaggeration. Condo has had some repairs made, but not complete. Some doors replaced, but not painted. Under cabinet lighting did not work. We would not rent here again.

Amazing views!!

We had a wonderful spring break trip with our teenage daughters. The condo is clean, cute and has a balcony with views of the ocean visible from the kitchen and living room!! It’s a third floor unit so not great for anyone having difficulties with stairs. We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous

This place is amazing. The view is breathtaking. The king size bed is so comfortable! The area is great! We felt safe. Amy is so considerate. We didn't need anything during our stay ( because this place is perfect) , but Amy reached out to make sure we were comfortable. The beach is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Hands down this is the best vacation property I've ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and the view, OMG the view!!!!

September get-away

It was excellent. I planned on cooking my whole stay and I was, therefore, completely, and pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed kitchen. Lots of bath linens. Great!! The weather was perfect and the crowds were gone. The unit faced the ocean and was only several feet from the beach. Incredibly beautiful view! I whole-heartedly recommend this property.
