Centrally located in Victoria's Old Town, 1 block from the harbourfront, explore the best of what the city has to offer for shopping & restaurants. Original exposed brick & heritage fir beams. Bright light shines through the large windows into the open living space, polished cement floors, a well-fitted kitchen with full-size appliances and granite countertops. The bathroom is a full bath-shower combo. For the Digital Nomad, we have lightning-fast WIFI & a separate workspace.

Dogs welcome - pet fee $25 cleaning fee extra per stay.
Great walking trail along Songhees seawall starting from just a block away.
The suite is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 comfortably (Bedroom has queen bed and the living room has Queen pullout sofa bed) Dining table and bar stools for 4 people. Separate workstation.

Harbour Air terminal is a 5-minute walk, you can fly in from Downtown Vancouver in just 30 minutes!

Included in your stay is coffee, tea & sugar, amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap. If you are traveling with your pet, we have water, a food dish, and a designated towel to dry those wet paws.
The kitchen has all you need to cook with during your stay including utensils, coffee maker, a blender & dishwasher. Black-out curtains in all windows in the living room. Air-conditioning & in-suite washer/dryer.

This property was great in terms of value, check-in/out process and communication with the host. My partner and I found the downtown location particularly great as we are interested in arts and culture and could easily access stores and experiences related to these interests (within walking distance for the most part). The location also provided convenient access to transit; to get to galleries further away. The only small con was that upon check-in there was nearly no toilet paper and no tea available so we had to use sparingly until we were able to go out--- but again, that's nearly irrelevant compared to the overall superbness of this property. Will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in Victoria :) Thank you.

Great! So downtown.

Clean, totally furnished, no workmen noise while we were there. Would stay again for short stay. Parking is an issue. Have to go every AM to get ticket for 24 hours. If parking was included it would be great Very helpful manager.

Clean, convenient to Chinatown and to downtown,.

Dog-friendly, which scores points with us. Very clean, well-furnished, quiet, and close to interesting stuff. Would come again.

Nice large unit

The unit was very nice and very clean. The one thing that really bothered us was the large amount of "homeless" people on the street that our window faced. The fruitcakes were hollering and making noises, sometimes late at night. The traffic on that street, Pandora (I believe), was also annoying, especially at night. All in all a good unit!

The perfect place

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo unit. The location was really handy to both downtown and to the waterfront. The unit was spacious, well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfy. It felt secure and was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Central location/fully equipped condo

Everything was as expected. A bit tricky loading and unloading since it is a popular area for restaurants and shopping. We got good instructions on the best parking area and parking is free after 6 pm and Sunday. Sign up was easy with payments well documented.

Great location!!!

Great location downtown, a 5-10 min walking distance to pretty much all business located in downtown core. City parking in secure parkade next block over "cheap parking" lots to do and see just steps away. The condo unit was great easy unit to get in and out. Lots of great restaurants/bars close by. Will be back

Lack of communication and noisy building

It took hours for the property manager to answer me. When I told them I would arrive outside the 4-7pm time frame, I was notified that other arrangements would be made. I had to send 3 messages before I got any answer. I was also told I would be sent a detailed list of what I need to do for my checkout, I never received any list of any other communication from anyone. The building itself also has very thin walls and while staying there I heard people yelling, dogs barking and kids running and screaming. Not a great stay at all.

Excellent stay

I stayed here with my daughter and a friend. I didn’t have to drive my vehicle for two days as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and really nice. Angela was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Apartment!

I stayed here for one month. It was a super location, close to everything. The building was very quiet and secure. Angela, the hostess was very polite and helpful. There are very high ceilings with large windows. It made it fee spacious & bright. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

This place was great. Excellent location and walkability to all of downtown, fisherman's wharf and the Legislature. Was very well appointed and the check in process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Communication from the host was timely and detailed. Check in was simple. The place is even more beautiful than the listing and much better than a hotel stay. Loved the peace, quiet, and privacy for my first days on the island. Finally got some sleep. Great start to the semester. The kitchen was well supplied. The towels were clean and fluffy. Btw there is air conditioning. I'd stay here again :) Thank you.

Short stay but so worth it

Great location, close to downtown. Property was very secure, clean and modern. The pictures shown don’t do this place justice. The only downfall is the parking is about a block away. Would 💯 stay here again.
