Hidden gem

The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy Kauai: beach chairs, coolers, guide books, bar b q grill, nice pool, well stocked kitchen!

Comfortable Condo

This was a nice, clean condo with a good location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. It has comfortable outdoor space with a small pool, clean grills and picnic area , and a private balcony overlooking a park and the ocean.

Location location location

Centrally located to all of Kauai’s sites. Pretty little koala town, food trucks and grocery store. Lovely pool and surrounding gardens. Kitchen nicely stocked. Rooster’s aplenty. Comfortable bed. Beach equipment. Quiet neighborhood.

Prince Kuhio

Prince Kuhio is one of my favorite places to stay in south Kauai. Easy access to everything and it has a very cool vibe. I don't like the larger condo setups and this location makes it easy to get in and out to your unit.......pool is nice, good laundry facilities and the snorkeling at the local beach was the best this year (2024). Unit 114 was 20 steps to the pool! Clean and well appointed. Will book again! :)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the condo to be clean and comfortable, though decor is outdated/ needs refreshing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. There were beach chairs and towels, and even first aid supplies (which came in handy after our hike to the Nakalele Blowhole on Maui the day prior to our arrival on Kauai!!). The pool is close by and well cared for, the beach handily is across the street. The location is great --very close to Allerton Gardens, Poipu Beach, shopping, golf. Our one complaint, which was kind of a big one, was that our door code/lock malfunctioned--keeping us locked out of our condo for 90 minutes upon returning from a very arduous hike that had left us all muddy and tired. I called/emailed management for help but we had to sit in the rain for nearly 2 hours before someone came to let us in. The lock did not get repaired until later the next day, leaving us in a predicament because if we would leave/allow the door to fully close we would again be locked out

Wedding anniversary

Lovely condo with ocean view and plenty of chickens. Two beaches within walking distance (one being across the road). Quiet evenings with the sounds of the wind and ocean. Clean pool, fun geckos. Beach chairs and a small cooler for your adventures. Saw lots of sea turtles, even one resting on Baby Beach! Great location for everything we wanted to do and see!

Amazing stay and great location

Overall everything was great. The master bedroom toilet did not work well in filling the tank so it was a bit of a challenge. But overall the condo was great. Very clean and well stocked for cooking what we wanted. Very centally located to the beach and the lanai was wonderful in the evenings. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a spacious and lovely property. It had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I did forget that that there was no air conditioning, but the cross breeze was amazing and helped so much! I am a bit of a couch potato, so for me, the couch could use a bit more cushioning, but it was seriously fine - I just sit for long periods of time. Again, not a problem, but maybe a thought for future - I love to sleep in the dark so black-out drapes are my friend, but I know some people don't care for that. The morning sun comes directly into the bedroom (at least at this time of year) and it's early and super bright. I wore a sleep mask - no worries. Chickens are typical but I like them so I don't mind and I sleep with white noise... I loved that it was right by the Beach House restaurant and close to stores and food. I'd stay again!

Great location in Poipu

Walking distance to a group of shops and some small beaches this is a great spot for those who want a simple pool and easy access to the area. Decent size place especially for two people with a full kitchen.

It was pretty much perfect for us

The gardens were so so beautiful and we love to cook n pretty much had everything we needed, the shower is small but water pressure good, bed was comfy, and location was great especially for snorkeling and sunsets n walking

Prince Kuhio 114

Overall a nice quiet place. Little on the dated side but i feelthe pricing reflects that. 2 a.m. roosters suck, but thats pretty much the whole island. Beware the bird droppins if you park out front.

Perfect stay

From the beginning of scheduling this rental to the day we checked out our stay was easy and relaxing. It was easy to find, check in was easy, along with getting the parking pass. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to many beaches and restaurants. We loved the pool right out from our condo and the veranda behind was perfect for seeing the beautiful sunsets. If visiting kauai again we would check into staying here.
