There’s a game room, too, with a Smart TV, great for entertaining kids and adults, alike. At the end of the day enjoy glorious sunset views from the deck or a soothing soak in the six-person hot tub.

On the upper level, another master king bedroom with ensuite bath and Smart TV opens directly onto the home’s heartbeat: the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen makes it a joy to prepare the fresh catch you scored and conveniently cleaned at the lighted fish cleaning station earlier that day. The sound-facing dining area is all the more reason to linger long after the meal is finished; that is, unless the gentle breeze that’s caressing the deck tempts you back outside to wind down the evening. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
