Totally renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom town home located in one of Orlando's newest luxury resorts, Vista Cay! This vacation home is conveniently located next to all of Orlando's major attractions. Disney, Universal, Sea world, Wet n Wild and fabulous International Drive are all within minutes away. For the business executive or the avid golfer, the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course are both located less than a 1/4 mile from Vista Cay!

Our town home has been professionally decorated including upgrades in furniture, lighting, window treatments and the media package. The living area features a 50' LCD TV with DVD. Each bedroom has a 19' flat screen TV with cable.

Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with a master KING suite, a second KING suite, and a full suite. For extra convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, and a garage. Free high speed internet access and HBO are provided.

Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

Perfect!

Perfect home to stay with friends/family. We ended up being just two couples instead of three, so it was hard to decide which room to choose, as they all have their own bathrooms and are very spacious. The whole apartment was very clean and accommodating. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

This property was very clean and well-equipped. We stayed here while attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, which was only a 3-4 minute drive away. It was also close to a grocery store, great restaurants, and entertainment. I highly recommend this property.

Great experience

Thank you so much for an amazing week. We came down for a Scentsy convention and family vacation. The townhouse was everything that was in the description. Clean, comfy and all the accommodations we needed for 6 days. With 4 adults and 3 kids, the 3 level house gave everyone space to themselves and we all met in the middle for family time and meals. Close to shopping and the parks. If we ever need a place to stay again in Orlando, we will be back for another reservation. The pool in the resort was big, plenty of chairs for all. Anthony, thank you for making our trip an enjoyable one and easy to book with.

Townhouse stay

Lovely week spent in this spacious townhouse. Really close to Universal studios, which was the main reason for our visit. Pool area very busy, but we managed to get sunbeds each time.

Orlando hair show 2023

The stay was great! Beautiful condo beds were comfortable and the air was cool. Definitely would stay again. The reason for the 1 star is because I had texted the property manager and he never responded. Also the MB shower had no hot water even though the sinks did so we had a cold shower first day and then we all used the shower in the other bedroom. Was not too big of a deal!

This was a beautiful townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. Having the pool and other amenities was a bonus. Anthony was great to work with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed the location of the townhome. It was within close proximity to an event we attended the entire weekend. The townhome was clean, well kept, updated, and had plenty of space for our family. It was as described and we'd definitely stay again! Quality get away!

Comfortable stay in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Very comfortable home with plenty of room for our family. We loved the pool and other amenities. The owner was very responsive and made sure that we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this location if you are attending a conference due to its proximity to the convention center or while attending Universal Studios. It's a great home base.

Beautiful and Quiet

This home is so clean and well located. Close to the airport and Universal. The pool is very nice with a reasonably priced bar for simple food and drinks. The home itself is comfortable. Anthony is very accommodating and responsive. If you want to cook, you will need to grab spices, etc. Publix is right around the corner!
