Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

2nd time staying

Wonderful place to stay, this was the 2nd time I’ve booked the place because of how comfortable I felt staying the first time. Though there is only one minor inconvenience I had while staying (2nd time) and it’s the fact that the dishwasher had a leak, but I went ahead I contacted management and they solved the issue fairly quick. Other than that I had a great time. I do plan to book again!

Not what we were expecting....

Let me start by saying out family had a lovely time but I also wanted to mention some things that weren’t clear when we booked here. I read the other reviews and the listing so was surprised at the condition of the unit when we got there. We normally stay at higher end place up the road but thought we’d save some money... sadly you do get what you pay for here. KITCHEN: had not been cleaned well. The dish in microwave was laden with old dried food. The dishwasher contained dirty dishes from previous tenants. There are no spices for cooking, no paper towels are provided, and only use the pots if you want a side of Teflon with your food! Toaster doesn’t work. No cookie sheets provided for baking. Blender kind of works. Most plates have chips or are broken. Kitchen towels were stained and some even had old food. I showed to cleaning ladies and they agreed they’d not been cleaned in a while. BEDROOMS: both bedrooms have old broken furniture. The dressers are old and don’t close. The nightstand table has a broken leg and although there are many extra pillows, no extra pillowcases are provided. LIVING ROOM: couch is stained and old, throw pillows as well, side table is wobbly and broken. BATHROOMS: all towels provided had stains or holes or were just old and worn. I called the management and they sent a cleaning crew the clean but when the ladies arrived they wanted me to point out specifically what I wanted cleaned. They explained there is no cleaning service provided while we are there. But only once we leave. So they informed me they’d only clean what I asked. I asked that they clean kitchen thoroughly and replace towels in kitchen since they were old. I speak fluent Spanish so there was no miscommunication. They took the dirty towels and didn’t replace. Overall this unit was quite disappointing. You can tell there is a high turnover of renters here and the management doesn’t care about making it an inviting space. If you’re going down with a group of friends to drink and don’t care then you’ll love this place. If you’re coming with your small family and want to relax and enjoy your time in the condo, book elsewhere.

Very strict

The Covid rules and mask rules at times were very annoying. Even when standing in the middle of the parking lot with no one around you the security people come up to you and tell you to put your mascon when you were just standing by your car. Also they’re very strict that you couldn’t have any other people from some of the other sister resorts come and say hi to you or visit you. Did not make for a very peaceful restful time for some of those reasons. The unit itself was nice. Did not realize there was no ice in the freezer even though there was an icemaker. Also the toaster did not work. However those were just minor inconveniences. Overall a very nice unit and one that would be nice to visit away from the strictness and paranoia of Covid.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our stay at the condo as it was perfectly equipped for us and our three grandkids. The second floor location was great for safety yet quick beach access. We enjoyed the wonderful balcony for excellent sunset viewing. Furthermore, we found the condo to be spotless. Highly recommend for families with children.

I just loved our stay in this condo. The turquoise walls remind me of the beach and the location is just perfect. We came here with three adults and two kids. The only negative was that one of the kids couldn’t sleep in one of the bunk beds because the ceiling fan was right above the ladder. Other than that the place was perfect.

Awesome time

We loved everything about the place. We live in Phoenix and travel to Rocky Point often maybe 3-4 times a year. Would love to rent this place again in the future. FYI the entire east wing was out of water on Friday 5/31. It was fixed but not until 1030pm that night. Not your fault as owner just wanted to make you aware. Awesome place we I’ll rent again in the future.

Great time in Rocky Point!

This condo is right on the beach, very close to the pool, and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The complex overall is clean and well kept. The condo itself is comfortable. The only negative is that the furniture and appliances are worn and many need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great stay.

Super cute with a few minor issues...

The place is great! Super cute with comfortable beds and plenty of space for quite a few people. The patio and view were amazing! And the weather was perfect at night to sleep with the doors open to hear the waves. Just a few things were minor issues... no paper towels or dish towels provided, the shower handles were broken (but still functional), the kitchen sink water pressure was minimal, and the wifi did not work well at all. We did not cook any meals here so I cannot attest to functionality of the stove. We also did not use the washing machine. Overall, very nice and comfortable.
