We loved our long weekend at this lake house! It had tons of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the game room was perfect for keeping us entertained through some rainy weather that came through. The kids loved swimming off the dock. It’s a fairly steep walk down to the lake, but the trail was well marked and there was an ATV available to use, which helped a ton. Owners were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kerri and Dax!
This was our second summer family gathering at this property. We can’t thank the home owners enough for allowing us to make memories in their home. The property has easy access to the lake, ATV, Dock with boat slip, game room Fun for all ages, lots of comfortable beds, large kitchen that is very well equipped, extra refrigerators, bar with an ice machine, deck for evening fun, cable, internet and so much more.
This is our 9th year gathering at Beaver lake and this home is by far the most accommodating property we have stayed at.
The lake house had everything we needed for our group of 14, ranging in ages from 13-84. While it can be difficult to get to lake for older folks, there was an ATV available to use. Dock had a canoe, paddle boat and kayak available, along with life jackets. The cove is so quiet and peaceful, which was a plus as I expected lots of boat traffic. You can see part of lake from deck, even in summer when trees are in full bloom. The house has multiple family rooms and teens could stay up late playing games while adults slept soundly in other part of house. Kitchen was very well stocked. Hosts were very responsive/helpful with any questions. We would stay again if in the area.
The trek to the water is not ideal for small kids and older folks or anyone with mobility issues. The owners have made it as convenient as possible for the situation with the use of a side by side. Pretty steep. Once you are down there plan to stay awhile, you just can’t run back and forth between lake and house.
Nice home and deck. Spacious. Nice game room. Nice having 3 refrigerators.
My family of 6 and our friend's family of 5 stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute. We had plenty of room and a place for all ages to go and play to give the adults some alone time. The owner was amazing. He called to tell us about the property prior to check in and we did text him with one question which he was very quick to answer. Very friendly. We felt at home there and everyone said it was a repeat! It is a beautiful home in a quiet area and the view and waterfront area were also beautiful!! 5 stars all the way!
We had an amazing time at this property! The pictures do not do justice to the home or the land. Everything is absolutely beautiful! The home is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is perfect for family togetherness. Check in and check out was great and the owner is available For questions if needed. My family definitely plans to go again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property :-)
Our family had a great time at the Lake House. We had our Thanksgiving Dinner and went to Turpentine Creek. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay there again!
The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room to keep everyone happy.
Great set up for sleeping arrangements. All the game tables were in constant use! The River was the best! Our 7 grandkids built a bridge across the end ; it was a wonderful
group project & so much fun! Host were great to work with!!
This house was beyond what we expected. To start, the ride in is BEAUTIFUL, then the road and driveway and garage was perfect for our group of motorcycles. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, the towels were nice. The views from the back were amazing. The owner called to make sure we were settled in well. The game room was an awesome addition and kept us busy when we weren’t out riding. 10 stars hands down we would return (especially with our kids this place is huge!)
We had a wonderful visit! Used every inch of tree he house without ever feeling cramped! The kids lived the game room! The Side-by-side was an added benefit to go back and forth from the lake! The lake is absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed throughout the entire day. It is not ideal for babies, but we baby proofed during our stay. Great trip!
We rented this home for a 5 day get-away with two other families. 6 adults and 8 kids ranging from 7-16. It was perfect. The house is large and very clean. The best feature (besides the lake) is the loft area and game room for the kids. They had their own wing of the house to themselves!
The house has had some updates but the bathrooms are dated and the showers are small. The bar room is crazy trippy but we kinda loved it ;)
The property sits high above the lake with a pretty view. It's a steep trek down to the lake but their is stairs part of the way and the owners provide a 4-seater ATV if you don't want to walk. There is a private dock with kayak, paddle boat and lily pad - perfect for lazy days on the lake.
We spoke to the owners a couple times - very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely come back!
Worked well for our family of 16 to spend time together. Distance to the lake was a surprise but the lake itself was very nice. Last step to lower seating area was a reach. Game room was great. Supplies provided were very generous. More so than we are used to
Quiet neighborhood, spacious house with many different areas to get away, entertaining game room, private dock with use of kayak pedal boat lily pad and swim ladder. Great amenities with all you would need as if you were home, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Close and accessible to War Eagle Cavern and hiking trails. 5 star stay!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!
We really enjoyed the layout of the house. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome for gathering and cooking big meals. The deck was spectacular with nice views of the lake and comfortable seating. The best thing about this house is the game room, what a great idea for a VRBO.
We rented it six months prior to stay, was an easy process and the owners communicated throughout our stay, going above and beyond what was expected. It was a beautiful home and plenty to do without even leaving the home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
This house was perfect for multi families. The game room was an added bonus. The house had enough seating to have everyone together but enough space to not be on top of each other. The owners were super friendly and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend, even with young kids!

About the host
Hosted by Karri Weindorf
Karri and I purchased in 2017 as our lake home. We live in Bentonville and use the home often, so you will not want for anything during your stay. We are accessible and want to make sure your vacation is perfect.
Why they chose this property
Pavement all the way to this home. 25 minutes to down town Rogers, 30 minutes to Eureka Springs. 24 miles of Mountain Bike trails just 1 mile away or short drive to Eureka Springs to experience some of the states best downhill rides at Lake Leatherwood.
What makes this property unique
The layout of the home feels like 2 homes in one. Trust me when I say it will not feel like 18-20 are staying in the home if you bring that many.
