The gated cosmopolitan 1 bedroom ground floor apartment has the essentials for modern living - WiFi, Air conditioning and water heater. Located off Red Hills road across from the well known Buju Banton recording studio, it is in walking distance of Lee's Supermarket, eateries, entertainment, attractions and public transportation. You'll love the convenience of the location, the neighbourhood, ambiance, and the people. This place is perfect for couples, small families, business, solo adventures.
This modern refurbished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a gated community and is wheel chair accessible. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Guests will have access to a washing machine, flat screen cable TV, wireless Internet, air conditioning, standing fan and water heater throughout the apartment.
The bathroom includes a bath tub, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a four burner gas stove, microwave, kettle and full fridge with freezer.
The entire apartment space is for your private enjoyment. However, shared facilities include an on-site parking (unassigned parking) as well as visitor parking. There is a clothes line to the back of the complex.
The garbage disposal is in front of the property and to the right.
A host representative will be present for check-ins within business hours or as required.
If you need any help, a host rep is usually around to help you. Alternatively, you may contact us at the number provided after booking. It is pretty important to keep in mind that you’re staying at a home—not a hotel. As such, for one, at the start of your stay, we equip the room with the essentials (toilet paper, bar of soap, trash bags, etc.). Thereafter, it is left for you to purchase any additional essentials you may need for the remainder of your stay.
Refreshments are stocked in the refrigerator for your convenience and if used will need to be repurchased or paid upon checkout (price list is at the apartment).
Our broadband and cable TV provider is Flow. While a reputable company, as with all other providers, you may experience slow Internet at times. There is a fixed landline at the apartment that can be used to contact me for any reason or to call any other flow landline number.
