Great time in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Concarneau. The apartment was found even better than what we had expected from the pictures. All appliances where available and in very good condition. The apartment itself was spotless clean.

Week in Concarneau

Flat was ideal for us. Opposite a lovely beach and cafes and restaurants nearby. Half an hour walk to town centre or 5 minute drive. Flat was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Agents were very helpful. Be aware though you need to book and pay for linen and towels. Luckily I had taken tea towels and dishcloths as there were none provided. Otherwise no complaints!

Très agréable

Appartement vaste et très agréable situé dans un quartier calme face à la belle plage des Sables Blancs, proche de la corniche et d'un sentier de randonnée dans des bois longeant la mer. Seul bémol, le logement est un peu éloigné (à pied) du centre ville et des commerces alimentaires. Mais des lignes de bus desservent le quartier

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Concarneau. Der Hafen und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einen schönen schattigen Fußweg in die Stadt. Zur anderen Seite gibt es einen tollen Küstenwanderweg für entspannte Spaziergänge. Der Balkon hat Abendsonne. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat alles was wir gebraucht haben. Wir hatten entspannte Tage mit Hund und Teenagern. Gerne wieder.

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, literie confortable, à deux pas de la plage des sables blancs. Balcon avec vue sur la mer 👌 Communication avec l'agence parfaite, interlocuteurs disponibles, agréables et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Beau séjour

Appartement spacieux et bien situé. Piscine chauffée au top et juste une route à traverser pour accéder à l'océan. Les employés de l'agence sont très aimables, de bon conseil et réactifs. S'il y a juste une chose a améliorer ce sont les rangements, des étagères supplémentaires dans les armoires des chambres et des patères et étagères pour la sdb. Nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances en Bretagne et cerise sur le gâteau avec le soleil !!!

Eine schöne Zeit

Ein schönes Objekt. In den Betten (eher harte Matratzen) kann man sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar könnte hochwertiger sein. Bei offenem Fenster ist die Straße etwas laut. Der beheizte Pool ist Gold wert. Der Strand gegenüber ist toll und mit Rettungsschwimmern ausgestattet. Der Weg in die Altstadt dauert 15-25 Minuten. Supermärkte muss man mit dem Auto anfahren.

Vacances en juillet

Appartement relativement bien placé (non loin de la plage) mais près d’une route ! Quelques bruits de motos le week-end ! Assez bien aménagé, manque cependant cruellement d’étagères dans les chambres et la salle de bain (pour 4 !) ainsi que de patères dans la salle de bain. Très bien fournis en vaisselle. L’agence a été très à l’écoute et très réactive quand à nos différentes demandes. Séjour très agréable

Appartement agréable et calme. Les meubles sont mal répartis ds l espace.

Au sujet des meubles, lit de 140 petit pour 2 personnes placés ds la plus gde chambre et 2 lit jumeaux ds la toute petite chambre avec difficulté pour y circuler. Bahut bas seul meuble disponible pour ranger alimentation ds le salon et contenant les verres. Terrasse agréable.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr schöner Pool, fast direkter Strandzugang, Meerblick, ca. 20 - 25 minütiger Fußweg durch einen Park direkt in die wunderschöne Altstadt - alles super! Einziger Nachteil: Die Straße ist tatsächlich recht laut, zumal wir in einer sehr heißen Woche dort waren und gerne bei offenem Fenster geschlafen hätten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die Straße kein Problem. Trotzdem gerne jederzeit wieder! 🤗

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé dans une belle propriété. Dommage que l'appartement n'était pas correctement nettoyé à notre arrivée et que nous avons du le faire nous même...sans doute les précédents n'ont-ils pas correctement nettoyé mais cela aurait du être contrôlé par l'agence. (plaques électriques et hotte sale, sol des chambres non nettoyé, sol nettoyé dans le séjour, la cuisine et la salle de bain mais sans doute pas aspiré avant (miettes de pain, cheveux et sable partout,...) Aucun geste ni excuse de l'agence dommage car ils sont très sympas...

Vue mer et piscine

L’appartement est Spacieux et bien placé meme si loin des commerces D’alimentation. Il serait parfait s’il existait des meubles ou étagères pour poser ses affaires ailleurs qu’au sol, de quoi accrocher les affaires dans la salle de bains... bref il est sous meublé et c’est tellement dommage ! Car il a des atouts : équipement de cuisine nickel, literie très agréable, terrasse parfaite.... La résidence est très calme et feutrée, on n’entend pas le voisinage.

Moderne Wohnung gut gelegen

Die Anlage hat einen beheizten Pool und ist direkt über die Straße am Strand gelegen. Die Straße ist zum Teil sehr laut. In der Wohnung sind zu wenig Schränke für die Sachen, je eine Kleiderstange und eine Ablage. Sonst alles gut.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable avec une mention spéciale pour la literie. Nous y avons apprécié notre séjour. Décoration correcte. La terrasse mériterait une table et des chaises permettant d'y manger à quatre et de profiter pleinement de la vue. Petit bémol aussi concernant la proximité de la route assez fréquentée en août. Enfin, l'équipe de l'agence Sterne est très efficace et sympathique. Un grand merci pour leur accueil.

Lovely apartment, great location

Wonderfully situated apartment, really close to the beach and benefiting from use of the resort pool. Very comfortable - I would definitely recommend this property and the lovely town of Concarneau. We hardly used the car as it was so easy to walk everywhere.

Appartement idéalement situé pour la Thalasso

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour se rendre à la Thalasso. Il est propre et confortable notamment avec une très bonne literie. Pour en parfaire l'équipement, il conviendrait d'ajouter des patères dans la salle de bains, une commode dans les chambres pour rangement du linge en sus des penderies, et de fournir quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine (grattoir pour la plaque à induction, pinces pour les fruits de mer, ciseaux....). Nous recommandons cet appartement qui dispose d'un parking privé très appréciable.
