Brendon and Amanda have a wonderful place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.
They are very professional the way they go about there business. The rooms are very well maintained and the breakfasts are second to none.
The next time we are in Canterbury we will definitely be booking a room with them.
Very clean and everything we needed for a week exploring the Kent coast. Really good central location just on the edge of Canterbury. Lovely welcome from Brendan.
Wonderful and beautiful space in a lovely village.
Amazing wondeful cabin in a lovely area off the beaten track. It has all you need for peaceful getaway. The cabin is well kitted out and design is comfortable and clean. The brand new feel and mod cons is welcomed and in immacualte conditon. The owner provided a welcomed breakfast which was thoughtful. The locals are friendly and warm and the cabin is based close to attractions like Canterbury Cathdral and other attractions. We will come back. We fell in love with the space and town.
Had a lovely 5 days away, couldn't of asked for more! Brendan and Amanda couldn't of made us feel more welcome, we had everything we needed so a big big thanks! We will definitely be returning! Thank you again! 😁
Everything you need for a break from the rat-race. Spotlessly clean. Calm and peaceful. Well equipped throughout. Very conveniently located a couple of miles from Canterbury and 10 miles from the coast. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Clean very Canadian in view it was a log cabin. I had a wonderful birthday and would return to find the places we missed on our journey to various places in Kent.
Maison individuelle toute en bois a proximité maison du propriétaire 1 chambre avec petite terrasse voiture recommandée à environ 10 minutes du centre de Canterbury en voiture
Check in was easy, ring the doorbell at no. 33a (next to the cabin) and Brendan came and showed us around in the cabin.
Breakfast items were provided (bread, Kellogg’s, milk butter, jam, marmalade, orange jus, coffee, tea and sugar) and it was more than enough for the 2 of us for 4 mornings.
Kitchen has a microwave as well and even thou we did not require towels, they were there.
When we stay in self-catering places, we take the basis necessaries like washing-up liquid, kitchen towel and cloth, kitchen roll, toilet roll, pepper and salt but it was all there !!
The location is nice and quiet, the cabin is comfortable, clean and cosy and ideal situated for our visit of the area between Canterbury and Margate.
Thank you, family Troope for a relaxed and comfortable stay
Check in for this property was extremely easy. Quick communication with Brendan. The cabin was clean and orderly. Breakfast items were provided which added a nice touch.
Located in a residential area so it is quiet when you sit on the porch at night to unwind.
The park and ride is definitely a must and right down the street. Much easier to get into Canterbury and cheaper to park.
This property is truly " Come as strangers but leave as friends".
Thank you Brendan and Amanda for a very enjoyable stay.
We had a very warm welcome from Brendan at their cosy log cabin. They even provided a breakfast kit when we arrived Sunday afternoon. They were all very responsive to any question and request we had.
The cabin itself was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a couple of self-catering days in the South East.

Cosy and quiet
We had a great time staying in the cabin. It was cosy and quiet, warm, well-kept, clean, and we were undisturbed the whole time – all we wanted. The only thing I would suggest is some more low-key lighting for the main living area. The bedroom had nice bedside lights, and the living room would benefit from something similar. But great overall - thanks Brendan

Great cabin, with everything we needed!
Brendan and Amanda were both great hosts, the cabin was very tidy, and spacious with more than we needed for the weekend away. Special mention to the very comfortable bed, making it a very peaceful escape from London.
Would stay again, and would recommend.
