A brand new house in reserve for 2 or 4 people -

Laid out in 2014, in a beautiful house of the 19th century called "The gravel", it may be suitable for a duet, a family of 4 or two couples .. With its own entrance, parking and private garden, it is south facing and faces the pastures of our beautiful Charolais.
Large living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Heating wood stove for a bit of authenticity!
Looking calm and soothing nature: there you are! Walks through the trails and many hiking trails, cycling for the brave, too lazy ,,,
You like sports and outdoor: lakes, rivers and lakes are available to you (Crescent Lake at 2km - Pond Neck in Lormes 7km - Tank Chaumeçon 10km - Watersports Settons 30 km approximately). Followers of water sports will enjoy themselves with the descent of Chalaux kayak or rafting. You can also enjoy mountain biking, quad rides make etc ...

Cultural and tourism plan, you'll be spoiled for choice: the must medieval town of Vezelay with its basilica - the castles of Bazoches and Chastellux sur Cure - cities of Avallon and Autun - Roman site Salty Fountains Abbey or Pierre-qui-Vire.

Un super gîte calme et paisible

Bien équipé, propre et bien rénové et hôte hyper a l'écoute et super gentil. L'accueil a été remarquable par leur gentillesse et leur cadeau (confitures, pain, vin et crème de cassis avec quelques produits pour déguster un bon petit apéro à notre arrivée. Hyper agréable à vivre et de reposer en famille. L'étang a Lormes est au top pour des baignades avec des enfants. Je recommande et reviendrai si l'occasion se présente.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, viel Kultur und Natur

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und direkt vorort. Das Grundstücke ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man befindet sich direkt in der Natur (mit Hund ideal). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in einer gewissen Entfernung zu erreichen.

Grandios

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sauber und es hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns sofort willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Im umzäunten Garten ist man ganz für sich alleine, wir haben Vögel und Rehe beobachten können. Im Dorf gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker und 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt, in Lormes hat es ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft das Bi1, das täglich geöffnet hat. Die Region Morvan ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt mit sehr schönen Dörfern und sehenswerte Chateaus. Die vielen Gewässer und einfach die Natur laden zum spazieren ein.

Ruhe und Erholung in schöner Umgebung

Bei Bernadette und Michel haben wir einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt incl. Käse, Oliven, Wein, Baguette, Milch und versch. Marmeladen. Das umgebaute Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der gepflegte Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich hier sehr wohl. Das Einkaufen erfordert etwas längere Wege. Im nächstgelegenen Ort gibt es nur einen (sehr guten) Bäcker, zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wer aber Wanderungen durch Wälder oder an Seen entlang liebt, ist hier richtig. Einige Schlösser, Kirchen oder kleine Städtchen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung sind ebenfalls lohnende Ziele. Vielen Dank an Bernadette und Michel für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit bei Bernadette und Michelle verbracht. Die Wohnung war absolut stilecht eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus verfügt über einen kleinen gepflegten Garten, welcher auch eingezäunt ist, aber nur bedingt für Hunde geeignet ist, da unsere Hunde sowohl drüber gespungen sind wie auch drunter durch kamen. Aber dies war absolut zu verschmerzen. Bei unserer Ankunft wuden wir mit Baguette, selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Käse begrüßt. Der Ort ist sehr ländlich gelegen, hat aber zumindest einen Bäcker. Wandern in der Umgebung ist ein Traum und Sightseeing durch die vielen Schlösser absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Naturnahe erholsame Tage

Die Vermieter waren herzlich und zuvorkommend und wohnten gleich nebenan. Die Ferienwohnung war ein eigenständiger Hausteil mit separatem Eingang und sehr gepflegtem Garten. In der Ferienwohnung fehlte es an nichts: neben einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche fand sich im Kühlschrank ein französischer Willkommensgruß mit Käse und Wein und Baguette. Ein kleiner Ofen wärmte die ersten kühleren Tage, danach schaffte es die Sonne bzw. die Elektroheizung. Da das Haus das letzte in einer kleinen Seitenstraße war, wurden wir morgens durch Vogelgezwitscher und Insektenbrummen geweckt und abends konnten wir am Waldrand Rehe entdecken begleitet mit leisem Froschkonzert. Der eigentliche Ort Saint Martin du Puy ist ca. 3 km entfernt und bietet in einer kleinen Bäckerei leckeres Baguette. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort und liebenswürdige Gastgeber

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen bei Bernadette und Michel verbracht. Das Haus, der es umgebende Garten und die Natur lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und schöne Landschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Einkaufen braucht es daher auch ein Auto, zu Fuß findet man in der Umgebung ausschließlich Natur. Das Gastgeberpaar ist äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Charme und Charakter sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich auch im Inneren bei Regentagen wohlfühlt. Den Gästen steht ein eigener Gartenbereich zur Verfügung, in dem man ganz für sich ist und auch natürlichen Schatten unter Bäumen findet. Alles in allem aus unserer Sicht ein Top-Quartier!

Natur pur!

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet im französischen Landhaus Stil mit eigener künstlerischer Note. Es gibt ein paar Lebensmittel wenn man ankommt, falls man nicht eingekauft hat, es ist aber ratsam das vorher zu tun, denn ein Supermarkt ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Ein Bäcker ist näher, aber kaum zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, wir waren mit unserem Hund da, was auch sehr gut geklappt hat. Er hat allerdings direkt ein Schlupfloch gefunden. Da Bernadette und Michel Katzen haben, sollte der Hund sie besser nicht jagen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer winzigen Straße den Berg rauf und niemand kommt vorbei und stört. Man kann dort sehr gut wandern, MTB geht auch, aber die Wege sind wirklich schwierig. Das WiFi war für uns ausreichend, das TV nur mit franz. Kanälen. Der Holzofen heizt prima, aber es gibt auch kleine strombetriebene Radiatoren, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Mit kleinen Kindern kann ich es mir dort nicht so gut vorstellen, es sei denn man steht auf Waldkindergärten. Ansonsten war der Urlaub sehr erholsam und ruhig.

Un moment à part !

De l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, un moment à part ! Logement très fonctionnel et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût; un environnement dans une nature préservée; des propriétaires chaleureux, souriants, aux petits soins mais toujours discrets. Un séjour délicieux !

Prachtige omgeving, heel lieve verhuurders

Zeer smaakvol ingerichte woning in een omgeving om U tegen te zeggen: rust, stilte, prachtige natuur. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht voor de gasten. Alle basisvoorzieningen zijn er zodat je niet meteen naar de winkel hoeft. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw: discreet en toch heel beschikbaar. Een aanrader op alle gebied.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Bernadette und Michel sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Sie finden genau die richtige Balance zwischen Nähe und Distanz. Das Häuschen ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt perfekt eingerichtet. Der schöne Garten und die direkte Umgebung mit Wiesen und Wäldern laden ein zum Entspannen und zum Erkunden, z. B. mit dem Rennrad. Danke für die sehr schöne Woche.

un grand merci a Bernadette et Michel pour leur accueil,leur discretion et leur génerosité.Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans le gite de la Gravelle ou rien ne manque et meublé avec gout.En pleine campagne c'est aux sons des grenouilles et des grillons que l'on se réveille,véritable havre de paix ou l'on aimerait rester plus longtemps.Nous y reviendrons c'est sur !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus im Burgund

Vielen Dank an Bernadette Berigaud - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön im Grünen, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Umgebung bietet alles für einen abwechslungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub. Dazu trägt auch die schöne Einrichtung, gute Betten, eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche ,un der gemütliche Ofen bei.

Prachtige authentieke woning!!!

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door eigenaars Bernadette en Michel. Heel mooie omgeving, rustig in volle natuur enkel de vogels en de kikkers: geen geluid!!! Kortom een heel aangename plek om een vakantie in de rust en in de natuur door te brengen bij heel vriendelijk mensen!

ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen

Es ist ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde: mitten in der Natur und absolut ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet ohne überladen zu sein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Empfang war herzlich und überhaupt sind die Vermieter sehr aufmerksam. Der eigene kleine Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wenn man nach einem Ausflug oder dem Einkauf wieder zurück kommt ist es, als käme man nach Hause. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen möchten.
