This place is charming, comfortable and couldn't be better located for exploring Prescott. Two blocks from all the action. Close enough to stroll anywhere, far enough to be quiet.
This was our second stay at The Cottage off Whiskey. The home is clean, well stocked, and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed this house. Had two bedrooms with queen beds, a sitting area in the living room and a full kitchen. We were traveling most of the day and did take advantage of it being close to Whiskey Row. The parking in that area was insane. So walking was easy. Nice neighborhood and quiet. The patio sitting area would have been used and it was awesome, but we had cooler temps and snow. I would recommend this to a party of 4.

Clean but small
This was a cute little house- much smaller than pictures made it seem. Very clean.
The cottage was perfect. The decor inside was a combination of rustic and modern giving a warm welcome to those who stay. The front yard was amazing when it snowed on our first night. My son was able to play on the turf covered snow while my wife and I watched from the carport. The kitchen was great for making our dinner and breakfast. All in all, the experience and charm of the home was wonderful. When we plan our next trip to Prescott, this cottage will be on our list of places to stay.
Talk about a great location! Easy walking to the courthouse square. Clean neighborhood and the house was nice a cozy! Would recommend and plan to stay again.
This house was perfect for a short trip to Prescott. Walking distance to downtown, great kitchen and comfortable beds. Nothing more that we could have asked for.
My friend and I had a great time for a girls getaway weekend. It was less than a five minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was tidy and quiet, and the property had everything we needed. The linens were very comfortable, and having an AC/heater in each room helped us stay comfy in our own temps. I highly recommend, and definitely hope to stay here again next time we are in Prescott.
The Cottage on Whiskey was the perfect place! Very charming and clean, had everything we needed. Location was great for walking to Whiskey Row and shopping.
The property is a cozy home within walking distance to the square with a fabulous outdoor area to spend the mornings and evenings! It is a true slice of historic Prescott. Owners are fabulous to work with in that the property is operational with great ease.
Very clean property, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and most importantly a very close walk to Whiskey Row.

We can't wait to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
This house was built in 1906. We bought the house in September of 2017. We completely updated this property to current expected amenities. We kept the old-school charm and incorporated new style throughout. So, if you want to stay in a historic place without giving up the modern world this is the place for you.
What makes this property unique
This property is walking distance from the downtown square and Whiskey Row. Prescott has numerous parades throughout the year and we are located on the parade route. Just sit on the front lawn and enjoy.
