395 Uptown Loft Home

This elegant, newly renovated 3 bed/3bath home in Uptown Sedona boasts over 2700 square feet of living and entertainment space with beautiful views of Snoopy Rock which comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The first-floor bedroom offers two twin beds and adjacent bathroom for easy accessibility. Both bedrooms upstairs offer King Beds in each room.

We provide fresh linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests as well as bath products such as shampoo and body gel. A hair dryer is available in each bathroom. For your enjoyment, flat screen TV’s are placed in all the bedrooms, the loft, and the living room. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the property.

The open concept floor plan makes the living area spacious and enjoyable whether for a couple’s retreat, a small group, or family gathering. Entertain at home in our well-appointed gourmet kitchen, enjoy the views, and the Arizona weather on the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with bocce ball court, fire pit, and water feature.

The tall trees surrounding the home give the feeling of seclusion and privacy, while remaining within walking distance to bustling Uptown Sedona. The home is conveniently located to art galleries, boutiques, a variety of restaurants, and of course, sightseeing, hiking, and biking. You are centrally close to everything Sedona has to offer. Exceptional location

We enjoyed the beautiful house, which is in a fantastic location within walking distance of the Uptown Sedona neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Only complaint is the internet, which is sporadic and weak. The TV doesn't work due to the poor internet service.

Beautiful Home

It was a beautiful home. We really appreciated all the extras that were provided. ( Coffee and snacks ) Everything was over the top and wonderful except for the internet connection. We would definitely stay here again and understand that internet use is just not an option

Perfect!! Three friends in Sedona for the weekend. Location was great, it was clean & comfortable. Patio with fireplace was great with a bottle of wine in the evenings. Would stay here again

Uptown luxury

This place was perfect for our family of six. Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Short drives to multiple trailheads and National Parks. Plenty of space for everyone and a super tranquil back yard with water feature, fire pit, bocce ball court and lots of shade. Very clean with everything we needed. Fantastic!

In The Heart of Uptown Sedona!

Location, location, location! This cannot be matched, great VRBO stay in Sedona. My husband and I stayed with my parents. The downstairs bedroom and bath were great for them and we stayed upstairs in the en-suite. Plenty of room for additional couples/children as well. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces with great views of the red rocks from all angles. So many restaurants, breweries, shops, and more in walking distance of the home. The house was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. We had no issues so communications with host was not necessary. The house was comfortable and property was lovely and such a perfect location, so close to food and shopping that walking was the only way to go! Such a beautiful setting!

Awesome Property

Our family (3 adult “kids” plus mom & dad) had a wonderful few days at this property. It was easy for our family to split up as all the shops & restaurants of uptown are an easy walk from the house. In the evenings, we easily logged into our AppleTV & HBO accounts to watch movies together. We cooked our breakfast each morning and one dinner easily in the well-stocked kitchen. They had all the essentials to include a few extras such as spices, oils, foil and laundry detergent. One day, two of us who wanted to do some more hiking were dropped off at the Soldier’s Pass trailhead and hiked our way back to the home via the Jordan & Javelina trail after seeing the Seven Sacred Pools & Devil’s Kitchen. It was a beautiful hike and put us right back into the neighborhood. We did have a hard time finding the switch for the fireplace the first evening we were there. I texted David and he was quick to respond. We finally found it hiding behind the artificial plant on the right side of the fire place. Overall, great stay. Will definitely come again if we are able!

Sedona Getaway

Visited Sedona for the first time and loved it! This home is prime location. Quick walk to shops and dining. Beautiful patio to sit and relax after long hikes on the many trails available. Plenty of space for three couples to share and enjoy!

Nice home great outdoor social patio... right in the heart of Sedona

Very nice, comfortable and so convenient to everything in Sedona. Great option for 3 couples with everybody having their own bathroom. Stocked fruitbowl and wine was an appreciated touch. Great stay!
