Superb detached house of 100 sqm overlooking the marina and the sea on the 1st floor of a house. Living room, kitchen of 50 m² with fireplace. 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 people with 1 bed and 1 with bed of 2 people + 1 bed 1 person cupboards. Shower room with large shower and double washbasin cabinets. WC. Double glazing, electric shutters, Hi-fi system, Washing machine, maintenance products provided.
Near bakery, supermarket, butcher, restaurants .... Free parking around cottage or on reservation in private course 15 € the week. cottage 100m from the beach. weekend rental on request. free WIFI.

Nice holiday apartment
We stayed here for two weeks in February and had a great time! The port view and the closeness to all shops and the promenade is perfect. Would go and stay there again. Sophie is a nice host and the pictures are amazingly accurate!Can recommend La Plaisance as go-to restaurant which is right next door.

Appartement très spacieux et conforme aux photos, bien équipé et surtout très propre sans parler de cette magnifique vue sur le port.La proximité de promenade sur la digue et le petit parc pour enfant ainsi que des commerces est très appréciableLes chambres aux grands lits sont lumineuses et très confortables (d’ailleurs ayant besoin de changer de literie, j’ai demandé la marque du matelas à la propriétaire afin d’acheter le même)Nous avons pu passer nos 7 soirées d’hiver devant la cheminée c’était très agréableNous avons également apprécié l'accueil de SophieJe recommandeSéjour de 7 nuits en janvier 2025

Beautiful Apartment
It is a really beautiful, modern but cozy apartment, which is located 2min by foot to the beach of Fécamp.The highlight is the kitchen & living room with sofas and fireplace. The bed could be a little more comfortable but all in all we would come again.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mit toller Aussicht und in zentraler Lage. Sophie, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung fehlt jedoch der Hinweis, dass durch die Endreinigung und den Stromverbrauch für die Heizung zusätzliche Kosten entstehen.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bilder der Anzeige, sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Kontaktaufnahme einfach. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienwohnung in Fécamp.

Am Rande von Fecamp, aber mitten drin
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Yachthafen, umgeben von tollen Restaurants. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade mit einem atemberaubenden Blick.

Semaine à Fécamp
Très bon séjour à Fécamp, du 11 au 18 mai, avec le beau temps. À ne pas manquer, le palais de la Bénédictine et le musée de la pêcherie (deux trésors) L'appartement face au port est très bien situé et très agréable. Je recommande. M. Larue

Charmante Unterkunft, wundervoller Blick auf Hafen
Sehr schöne Wohnung, vor allem der Hauptraum ist sehr geschmackvoll und aufwendig eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sophie war hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar.... Dem Haus hat man den längeren Leerstand nach wochenlangem Regen im Flur geruchsmässig angemerkt - aber das bleibt bei alten Häusern nicht aus und wurde durch das schöne Treppenhaus ausgeglichen - in der Wohnung hat man Dank ausreichender Heizung und Lüftung nichts davon gemerkt. Wir waren 100% zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ferienwohnung in TOP Lage
Sehr gute, saubere Ferienwohnung in 1a Lage mit direktem Blick auf dem Hafen. 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Sehr gute Restaurants im Umkreis und täglich frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Super netter Empfang und sehr gute Einweisung in die Ferienwohnung durch Sophie. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Großzügige Wohnung mit Hafenblick
Empfang und Einweisung der Wohnung durch Frau Liot waren freundlich und gut aber nur auf französisch. Appartement ist gut eingerichtet. Schöner Blick durch die zwei Fenster im Wohn- Küchen-Zimmer auf den Hafen. Die Straße am Hafen ist etwas laut, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Leider riecht die Wohnung, speziell das größere Schlafzimmer und der Korridor sehr muffig/moderig. Ich habe nachts und am Tag soweit möglich die Zimmer zum hinteren Hof weit geöffnet um zu lüften.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich mit einem großzügigen Wohnraum und modernem Bad ausgestattet. Das Haus ist in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig (Schlafzimmer hinten) -> rundum empfehlenswert.
