THE PROPERTY

The Sapphire Cove offers our guests an elegant floor plan that includes a high ceiling large living room and dining room, Cable HD TV, DVR and wireless speakers for music lovers. Free WiFi available.
The open concept kitchen offers an island with bar stools which are provided by the dining room. The kitchen features a new stainless steel French door refrigerator with an Ice dispenser and filtered water. New range dish washer, new macro wave oven, toaster, and other kitchen appliances. A coffee maker with COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE & TEA on the house.
Enjoy the sunny weather as you dine outside on the covered cozy gazebo with outdoor dining and entertaining area. Backyard offers heated pebble stone pool and spa.
A large 6 burner gas grill in BBQ area and sun loungers...
You will find a restful retreat in the master bedroom with a King sized bed and 32” inch HD television. Master bedroom has a large newly remodeled bathroom with double vanity and walk in closet with an exit door to the backyard.
The second bedroom features a restful queen size bed with nightstands, the third bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and built in shelves...

Was much bigger then I expected. Spacious rooms a wonderful pool that was big with a hot tub. Nice neighborhood as well with a beautiful view!

This home is set up for a family get together, Friend gathering. It is well appointed, dishes and glasses pots pans etc! Very comfy beds with great sheets. Anna was very accommodating and returned communication very quickly. Wonderful pool. Clean and well maintained. The pool man came twice a week. JoAnne

Parking the car inside or/exiting the garage was a tiny bit of a challenge because I had a small child with me. So I would have to park in the driveway, run super fast to the door (because I don’t want to leave my child alone), run down the hall, to the internal door that leads to garage to open up from there. Overall, it was a very nice stay and the property owner is a very patient sweetheart. Everything was easy for check in and check out. The bathrooms won me over with the flooring. Check it out

Great Place, Check in Issue

This home was very nice and the owner was very accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and had a issue finding the property. When we clicked on the link for a address we were given a completely different address, luckily it was close by. Contacted the owner and received a call back within 15 minutes. After getting the correct address we were able to find the location. I assume it was a VRBO issue As far as the home itself, I would suggest that the outlets in the home be inspected since they seemed loose since our plugs kept popping out and could not get a good charge for our phones. We could not figure out how to turn on and off the spa. It seemed like it was on some sort of timer. Overall it was a lovely home and would consider renting again.

We really enjoyed this house. Kids and Adults loved the heated pool and spa. BBQ worked great. Outside shaded seating. A bonus room with two twins beds. Kitchen and linens stocked well. Overall we really enjoyed our long weekend at this comfortable home.

A great small family reunion

My husband and I and our 3 adult “kids” spent Christmas week at Sapphire Cove and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious with 3 official bedrooms and a 4th room with two twin beds. The master bedroom and bath were huge and the other two bedrooms were very adequate space wise. The kitchen was well equipped, but missing a few minor items for our family who loves to cook together. We spent lots of time in the spa and pool, after learning how they function. It was also great to have access to the washer/dryer. Ana was very quick to respond to any questions and the pool was serviced twice that week. Ana is a very gracious host and made us feel at home. We hope to be back again sometime.

A lovely home

A lovely home this is the cleanest VRBO home I have ever stayed in. The code was easy to remember and the lock to get in the front door worked well. The book of directions in the house needs updating. The remote control to the hot tub is not in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher as the book says. It is screwed to the fence outside near the pool to prevent people from dropping it in the hot tub. Probably a good idea. We spent our first night there without being able to use the hot tub because we couldn’t find the remote to turn it on. The property manager did work with us for future times. We were also unable to close the garage door properly. The filter in the refrigerator water was completely clogged and we could not get water out of it. The dishes in the house were very clean. Coffee and tea were provided for two or three days. Then we went to the store and bought our own. There is laundry soap for the washing machine, and only four tablets pods for the dishwasher. Overall, I was happy with the home, but it wasn’t perfect. The host did communicate with us, but the garage door and the refrigerator filter did not get repaired while we were there. She told us that we did not need to do the dishes since there was not a pod when we left.

Wonderful desert get away.

This house was perfect for us even though it was larger than we needed. Yard was lovely and totally enclosed for our dog. Pluses: nice furnishings atypical for rentals; TV in large master bedroom -' also atypical of rentals -- beautiful bathrooms; nice size salt water pool that the owner kept a nice temperature. It was an overall terrific experience.

Unforgettable trip

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house and backyard was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Pool and spa was great, we had a blast. The owner responded to any questions we had right away and she was very respectful. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. Close to supermarkets and downtown area. Definitely worth booking again. I highly recommend this house.

Beware of this property

We booked for 6 of us but only two of us were able to stay due to conflicts in travel! Could not operate the hot tub was told that the remote broke with the last group but we could call her or text to turn on each time, pumbrella broke in the backyard was told happened with the last group, cigarette butts all over the property! We only boiled hotdogs and ate sandwiches and ate out the rest of the time which ended up being only 3 of our 5 days reserved! We get a message after returning home that we burned the granite in the kitchen! That the whole slab needs replaced! We absolutely did NOT burn anything. We were assured our travel insurance would cover so no worries! Its wrong what this property manager is doing I swear to u we didn’t burn anything and hate this sort of management style! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and find this sort of behavior unsatisfactory in every way!

Relaxing poolside getaway

My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend enjoying the beautiful pool and the convenient property. We didn't leave the house all weekend, we had all our dinners delivered, and we just got some sun and fun in the water. I hope we'll be able to stay at this property again.

Restful escape

The outdoor space is nice, quiet and relaxing. The pool is a good size for the 6 adults that we had there. The location is convenient for getting pretty much anywhere. House has all the basics you need, but no extras.

Great Pool

We had such a lovely stay here. We didn’t leave and explore as the house was great. My kids loved the pool and were in there everyday. We loved that we have 4 bedrooms as my children are like the 3 bears and try everything. We loved that there were many more spices than just salt and pepper. We appreciate that. The instant hot water pot was a bonus too! We would recommend and stay here again. Thanks Ana!

July 4th weekend w/ adult friends

Ana was available via text pre/during/post trip. House was perfect for what we needed. Had 3 couples and 2 buddies so the bedroom lay out worked very well for us with king/queen/full/2 singles. Pool was great. Hot tub heats up in 30 minutes. Weather was 100-110 all weekend. Grill and outdoor seating area for 8. Lots of pool noodles, some floats and some extra chairs in the garage that we put to good use. Indoor living room area was comfy. Spent most time outside during the day in/around the pool. House AC worked well, was good to take a break from sun and relax. Lots of clean towels for pool were left for us by owner. Would rent again!
