Very nice apartment, sea view, front of the beach

The apartment is furnished, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, hob induction, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary dishes.
2 bedrooms, one with motorized beds, large closet for storage, 2 bathroom with toilet, and Italian shower, Television with dvd player.
The building is new, with luxury services. Central shutters closing, reversible air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
There is a covered terrace overlooking the sea.
The secure building with codes to enter, there is the elevator.
In front of the building is about 100 meters there is a very beautiful beach / bay. There are small ways to make beautiful walks, in the neighborhood there are small shops, doctor, pharmacy, restaurant etc,
The bus stop is just about 1 mile, 10 minutes by car, you have a very large supermarket with merchant galleries.
The coast has very beautiful beaches all the long and you can go in the esterel for walks in complete calm.
Nice airport is around 1 hour by car.

Nice apartment close to the sea and lovely walks

Very modern well equipped apartment close to amenities. Cathy, the host was excellent and most helpful with local knowledge. Apartment as described and comfortable.

Entgegen der Abbildung des ersten Fotos liegt die Wohnung nicht direkt am Strand sondern an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße. Der sehr schöne Strand ist in etwa 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ratsam rechtzeitig dort hinzugehen da es ab Mittag sehr voll wird. Die Unterkunft ist modern und großzügig ausgestattet mit einer großen straßenseitigen Terrasse ( auf der es sehr laut ist). Die Sauberkeit war nicht so berauschend und funktionierende Reinigungsgeräte sucht man vergebens. Zur Unterkunft gehört eine kleine Tiefgarage in die ein Kleinwagen oder wie bei uns die Fahrräder, Standup`s und unser Roller untergebracht waren. Die Gegend ist sehr schön , in ein paar Minuten ist man in Frejeus, von wo aus man schöne Bootstouren machen kann. Restaurants gibt es reichlich, es empfielt sich aber immer rechtzeitg zu reservieren.

Schöne Wohnung und schöner Strand

Wohnung ist ausreichend groß, die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Kurzer Weg zum sehr schönen Strand, im Juli und August vermutlich überfüllt. Zum kochen könnte 1 oder 2 zusätzliche Töpfe nicht schaden.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen Zustand und Lage. Leider die Strände vor der Tür nicht so gut. Aber 1-2 Km weiter hat man schöne saubere Strände ohne Steine,Kies oder Algen. Personal sehr sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Super proche de la plage !

Nous avons adoré la proximité à pied de la plage ! Peut être un peu loin par contre des zones d'activités centre ville ou supermarché. Obligé de prendre la voiture. Le jaccuzzi, grand luxe !! Par contre nous avons été déboussolé, pour le ménage, pas d'aspirateur et pas de serpillière ?

Appartement comme décrit dans l'annonce et propre. Très grand jacuzzi, très apprécié par notre fille en cette période. Très proche d'une jolie petite plage et d'une très agréable balade avec de belles vues! Environs magnifiques, à voir même avec de jeunes enfants!! Le seul point négatif serait la route très proche et passante ( on n'a vraiment pas l'habitude aussi). Mais ce n'est vraiment rien par rapport aux nombreux points positifs! Très bien pour des petites vacances en famille! Je recommande vivement !

This rental is everything it says to be. The property is very clean, secure, quiet and in an excellent location. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. The hostess was wonderful, friendly and so accommodating to our needs and requests. I highly recommend this rental.

Magnifique situation pour de belles vacances

Deuxième fois pour nous et toujours très heureux d’y revenir, à deux pas de la plage Tiki et du magnifique Dramont et ces magnifiques balades dans la nature pour arriver et se baigner sur la corniche d’or et plage du débarquement par exemple... idéal si vous ne souhaitez pas la cohue de la ville Nous y retournerons au plus vite , un grand merci à Cathy pour son accueil et sa bienveillance durant notre arrivée et départ

Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartement mit einen tollen Strand, der in 3 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht hervorragend englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Belle location mais pas de jacuzzi hors saison !!! Très bel appartement confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Belle vue sur la mer. Par contre je trouve incroyable que dans une région comme la PACA on ne puisse pas utiliser le jacuzzi au printemps (fin avril). L'an dernier à la même période j'ai pu jouir dans une location d'un jacuzzi extérieur en Normandie... Le titre de cette annonce est trompeur et mériterait d'être corrigé pour indiquer sa disponibilité uniquement pendant la saison estivale (il reste 37 caractères possibles dans le titre). Par exemple : Très bel appartement, jaccuzzi (uniquement saison estivale) sur le toit en face de la plage. Si j'avais sélectionné cette location parmi tant d'autres c'est pour avoir un jacuzzi pour me détendre, j'ai donc été très déçu de ne pas l'avoir. Bien sûr il est indiqué dans la description "uniquement en saison" mais cette information est noyée parmi d'autres informations et elle manque de précision (dates de début et de fin ?).

Très belle situation pour recharger ses batteries !

Habitué de la région depuis plus de 20 ans , j'ai decidé cette année de m'éloigner un peu de port Fréjus afin d'être plus au calme. Malgré la situation en bord de route, le cadre est super beau avec une vue splendide sur le Dramont et sur la mer. L'accueil fût très conviviale avec en primes les croissants chauds après une nuit de route de plus de 1100km.Les promenades autour de l'appartement sont magnifiques, l'accès au supermarché Leclerc à peine à 5 minutes de voiture très facile, le Jacuzzi sur le toît a ravi ma fille de 8 ans qui en a bien profité après l'option plage TIKI juste en face qui est également une belle plage pour les familles et un accès à la mer avec une vue maritime très riches en poisons. Pour résumer , Le confort de l'appartement fût aussi à la hauteur de nos espérances, avec une terrasse très grande et son BBQ.Le stationnement ne fût pas non plus un problème. A faire et à refaire avec grand plaisir ! Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa convivialité !
