Backyard oasis with private solar heated pool, hot tub and tons of amenities!

If you are looking for a house and community that will give you a great vacation, you found it. The private backyard with newly updated solar heated pool and new hot tub is very relaxing. When you are ready for activities, the community has an abundance. Walking distance to the golf course that also has great food and weekly entertainment. There are 3 heated community pools with hot tubs, free pitch and put 9 hole golf practice course, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, yoga classes and a catch and release fishing pond. We are located at the foot hills of the San Tan Mountains with scenic hiking. After all that activity you will want to come home and relax on the patio with your favorite beverage! This home has a open floor plan with wood floors and new stainless appliances. The entertainment center features a 55” smart tv with surround sound, WiFi, cable tv and stero system. All 3 bedrooms also have a tv for your enjoyment. Tons of shopping nearby and don’t forget baseball spring training. You will enjoy this home and area as much as we do.

Stunning!

Very cute and perfect for a small family. The only thing was maybe the master bedroom mattress could use a soft mattress topper. But that will not make us come again! We will definitely rent again! Love the backyard pool!!!!

Arizona Family Stay

Property was very clean and very orderly. The kitchen was very organized with pots and pans and utensils. The pool was very nice and refreshing after a hot day. The house was located very close to all types of shopping and restaurants. Would recommend the house to everyone

Beautiful home

We rented this home for our first visit ever to Arizona. The house is clean, spacious, and all appliances are up to date. Everything is nicely organized. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. P.S . The neighborhood is beautiful, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Family get away

The property was great and so was Brad and Janet. Everything you needed was there spices coffee body wash shampoo conditioner Kleenex And so much more. This home was very clean for a minute you opened the door You felt like you were at home. The backyard was awesome hot tub swimming pool barbecue and so much more. The corners are so accommodating I could go on and on and on just sum it up we're looking for to coming back. Thank you for opening your home to us we had a wonderful time. Donna

Comfortable and Beautiful Backyard Pool

This was a perfect resting spot for our family (adults and 3 teens). Good proximity to shopping, a nice neighbourhood. We loved the landscaping in the yard - very lush, pretty, and peaceful. The owners were responsive and helpful and left good instructions.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The home was everything we had hoped for and more. This was our first VRBO experience, and the communication with the owners made it super easy. Owner Very Responsive; Lovely home!

We only had to reach out to owner for 2 minor questions but he responded within minutes of our text question. Home is lovely and will miss the pool outdoor area! Home has every amenity plus that you’ll need. Check out kitchen b4 grocery shopping! You’ll be happily surprised what is already there. Was only .7 miles from pickle ball courts which we used almost every day. Very nice group that was friendly and welcoming. Will stay again if in that area!

PRIVATE OASIS

What you see is what you get! A spacious floor plan, a beautiful perfect sized pool, and a neighborhood close to everything! The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the two other bedrooms which made it nice not to wisper when the kids weren’t sleeping! The pool had a basketball hoop that my boys played for hours long! Even though it was 113* everyday we still made it in the hot tub daily and every evening! Walmart was 5 minutes down the road for an easy grocery stop - the kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner! San Tan Flats was just minutes away to enjoy live music and enjoy some amazing food with misters all around you! This was a great location, great pool, and amazing hosts that checked in and made sure everything was going alright! 5 star place, we will stay again!
