Résidence au calme

Bien située possible de tout faire à pied (courses marchés plage et restaurant). Problème de coupure d eau de plus en plus souvent qui ne sont pas liés à la location mais à la ville.

bon séjour mis a part quelques petits soucis a améliore

cette propriété est excellente proche de toute commodité pour lavoir déjà louer il y a de cela 3 ans j ai réitéré ma demande mais cette année petit problème avec la clim qui n'est pas au point et gros problème avec la réserve d'eau qui est très bruyante le soir ou même très tôt le matin c'est dommage a revoir pour ma prochaine location.

Struttura semplice ma molto molto valida. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente come è. L’appartamentino è dentro un residence privato attaccato a la Marina di saint francois. Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Valerie vi accoglie con grande calore ed è gentilissima prodiga e disponibilissima. Attaccato ad un supermercato e a diversi ristoranti all’interno della marina. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel.

Hormis les coupures d'eau régulières le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Un parasol pour le jardinet et un sèche cheveux manquent pour être parfait.

Un tres bon rapport qualité prix très bien situé pour profiter de la Grande Terre.

Dans une résidence au calme avec grande piscine et à deux pas des commerces et restaurants de la Marina de Saint François. Accueil et Départ simples et efficaces. Les petites et grandes plages et la Pointe des Châteaux, ainsi que la Gare maritime sont à portée de main. Et tous les beaux coins de la Grande Terre à moins de 3/4 d 'heure. Lit confortable. Prix tres raisonnable, à recommander.

Tout a été parfait. L'accueil et l'accompagnement .

La réservation correspondait parfaitement à nos exigences. Le lieu est calme, la terrasse très agréable et surtout très fraîche. Petit appart bien sympa

ATTENTION : le site de réservation demande une garantie... qu'il vous rembourse après ... (le mécanisme n'est pas clair) .. : Je recommande aux futurs locataires de prendre contact dès la réservation avec le propriétaire (bien sympa) ! En ce qui concerne la location : l'appartement est très fonctionnel , bien situé (plages , commerces, arrêt de bus). Un grand merci à Madame Sandrine pour son accueil et ses services !

Appartement moderne très bien équipé, super literies, très calme, très belle et grande piscine. La proximité des commerces et de la marina sont des atouts très appréciés. Proche des plages « des pies », du « Lagon », de l’ex « Méridien » et celles plus sauvages le long de la route de la pointe des châteaux. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour reposant et vivifiant.
