Geräumige, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Alleinstehendes Haus auf großem Grundstück in ruhiger Wohngegend, perfekte Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Internet, Gartenmobiliar...), Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück, Bäcker in der Nähe, Supermarkt etwas weiter entfernt, zwei Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr netter Vermieter

Wir haben 3Wochen ( über Weihnachten / Silvester ) mit unserem Hund in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, der Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und das Meer ist so nah, dass man mit dem Meeresrauschen und den Möwenlauten in den Tag startet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es auch in direkter Nähe. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Selbst für Kleinkinder ist alles da. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist nur durch eine relativ steile Treppe erreichbar und etwas abseits gelegen (von der Garage erreichbar) und somit nur für größere Kinder geeignet. Durch das vorhandene Reisebett haben uns aber die beiden Zimmer zu fünft gereicht. Die beiden Bäder sind sehr schön, sauber und beide mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und stets bei Problemen erreichbar. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Empfehlung für Hundebesitzer

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Hunden den dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der große eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für uns und unsere Vierbeiner. Außerdem gibt es in nur ca. 300 m Entfernung einen ruhigen Fußweg zum Meer. Nach 10 Minuten erreicht man so die Bucht von Pors Carn, die man in den Vormittagsstunden auch gut mit freilaufenden Hunden durchwandern konnte. Das Haus ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, die Dusche unten sensationell, der Hauswirtschaftsraum ist ideal zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern, Surfbrettern, etc. , die Betten für große Menschen vielleicht etwas kurz...

tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren für drei Wochen in der Unterkunft und unser Urlaub war toll. Es ist ein sehr komfortables Haus, neu und modern eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Der Garten ist total schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist prima, nah zum Strand, aber auch zum Bäcker, Supermarkt, Hafen. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt.

Schöner Urlaub in einem Top-Ferienhaus

wir hatten einen erholsamen und tollen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, modernen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut renoviert und in einem super Zustand. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist sehr gut und absolut vollständig. Alle Elektrogeräte (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine .... sind absolut neuwertig). Es ist auch genügend Geschirr für 6 Personen vorhanden. Im Haus ist WLAN vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und geräumig, vor allem das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist klasse. 2 Schlafzimmer sind gross und geräumig. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist im Dach der Garage (die als Hauswirtschaftsraum genutzt wird und auch sehr schön renoviert ist) und eher für Kinder oder junge Menschen geeignet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Vermieter wohnt in der gleichen Strasse und ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Sandstrand von Pors Carn ist auf dem Fussweg (ca 800 m) leicht zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einschl. einem Supermarkt sind im Ort leicht zu Fuß oder Fahrrad (ein älteres, funktionstüchtiges Fahrrad ist am Haus vorhanden) zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Maison rénovée avec goût

Très belle prestation, conforme au descriptif. Le confort de chez soi en vacances. La pièce à vivre est très spacieuse et que dire de la douche à l'Italienne du rez de chaussée....un petit plus très agréable. Les deux chambres de l'étage sont également de belle taille. En ce qui concerne la troisième chambre sous combles, celle ci convient mieux pour deux enfants Ado (très mansardée). Ce petit bémol qui ne reste qu'un avis personnel, n'enlève rien au charme et la fonctionnalité de cette vieille maison de pêcheur rénovée avec beaucoup de charme et professionnalisme. Saint-Guénolé est une petite commune très accueillante avec toutes commodités, toutes activités peuvent se faire à pied. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et les petites douceurs. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et gardons vos coordonnées. Bonne continuation. Sigrid,Christophe, leurs 3 garçons. .........et le chien.

Belle rénovation, maison très agréable

Maison rénové avec goût, au calme, grand jardin arboré, terrasse. Il ne manque rien, dans la cuisine nous disposions de tout ce qu'il faut. Chambres confortables. La maison n'est pas loin des commerces et de la mer, on peut s'y rendre à pied. De plus le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Maison très agréable en Bretagne

Maison très agréable, elle vient d'être rénovée. Tout est neuf : la cuisine, le mobilier et la literie. L'ensemble est décorée avec gout. Salle de bain immense et moderne. Très propre. Idéalement située entre le port et les plages, dans une ruelle très calme. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et sont très attentifs à notre bien être. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
