Unit has wheelchair access ramp on 1st floor, no stairs. Walmart 5 min walk just across the street. Very peaceful and quiet - a perfect getaway spot!

HOA requires all guests to obtain a parking pass from the front office. The new HOA parking policy starting March 1, 2023: "1-3 days parking rate is a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is a flat $50.00". Please come to the front office for parking registration. If you arrive after office hours, you may come in to the office first thing in the morning. It is required for guests to provide a Driver’s License when they register and pay for parking. Please bring your DL when you go to register for parking in order to receive a parking pass. #galveston
