Welcome to your serene retreat in Bermuda! Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an adventure packed holiday, this property promises a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Nestled on the picturesque Turtle Hill golf course, this quiet sanctuary offers breathtaking views overlooking the famous Horseshoe Beach, just a 15-20 minute walk away.

Unwind and rejuvenate on the deck, listening to the lapping waves from the beach. The deck is 75'x22.5' and includes an outdoor bar, hot tub, bbq and loungers...so room for you all to spread out.

The restaurant, Boundary, is a short 10 minute walk and is on top of the golf house for Turtle Hill Golf course.

The Reefs hotel is a 5 minute drive from the home where you can rent vehicles to get around, including electric two seater cars, mopeds and both electric and regular bicycles. You can also enjoy the Reef hotels spa and several restaurants including Coconuts on the beach.

The railway trail is also accessible from the home and you can walk, run or bike it and enjoy beautiful views with many areas beautifully shaded with gorgeous flora and fauna of Bermuda.

Bermuda at its best

Can’t say enough great things about this property. We love Bermuda having been there several times staying at various resorts. This property brought a whole new charm to the island for us. A true Bermuda experience. Everything about this house is beautiful and charming while providing every modern convenience. Waking up to the sunset over Horseshoe Bay was amazing. Not enough space in this review to say all the great things I could about our stay. The hosts went way beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to return. Special thanks to Jess!

Wonderful property and hosts

We had a wonderful stay with gorgeous views of Horseshoe Bay! Our hosts Mike & Jess are great people, very kind and accommodating. The house was spacious and very clean :) Please note that the hotel and underground street to the beach are currently closed with the exception of the golf course and one of the restaurants. Try to book your transportation in advance (electric cars, mopeds etc). Our hosts also gave us names of taxi drivers and we were able to use the same driver to take the 8 of us to the beach and to dinner each day.

Family vacation

We just came home from an amazing week staying at this beautiful property. Everything about our week and stay in Bermuda was amazing. Jess and Mike were great hosts. Jess was always prompt in answering questions we had before we left. She provided contact information for taxis, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc before we arrived to help us plan our stay. Jess greeted us upon our arrival to welcome us, give us a tour of the property and check if we need anything for our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with views of Horseshoe Bay from the deck, as well as, every room in the house.The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We are disappointed our vacation is over and hope to be able to return to this beautiful home another time.

Special Property in the best Location

Wow! My extended family of three generations had the most wonderful repeat time in the Burn's property. We took full advantage of the well stocked kitchen to make many intimate meals at home and enjoyed the beautiful views of Horseshoe Bay from the deck's comfortable lounge chairs and had cocktails in the outdoor sitting area on many nights. The house easily absorbed our party and we all found places on the deck, in the hot tub, and in the interior living spaces to socialize or find time alone. The place is decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds comfortable. Mike could not have been a more supportive, communicative host. We did not want to leave this slice of paradise and hope to return!

Our week long stay at this beautiful home was fabulous! We celebrated our 70 th and 13 th birthdays and our 47 th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed a different experience, golfing right down the street, digging in the pink sand, walking the gorgeous beaches, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the quiet deck with the breathtaking sunrises. Taxis were prompt, whether by phone or Hitch app. We rented an e-car through Rustic Rental near the airport. Reserve a few weeks in advance, we waited till we got there and almost missed out. Hills too steep for bikes and roads too narrow. Never could find the close access to Railway Trail. Grocery stores close by car, and best bakery next to Market Place. Hosts so helpful with recommendations and Jess even loaned my daughter clothes and sandals when her suitcase failed to arrive for 3 days! Perfect place for our family of 6. Memories for a lifetime!

Vacation in Paradise

Wow, what an amazing week at this beautiful home in Bermuda! From the moment we arrived, Mike and Kim made our entire family feel so welcome and greeted us at the front door. The house was perfect for our family of 5 - with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The outdoor area was our favorite place to take in the spectacular views of Horseshoe Bay and spend time with each other after a day at the beach! The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to a number of restaurants. We enjoyed one afternoon at the most scenic par 3 golf course - just feet away from the property along with a great restaurant and bar. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an escape to paradise. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing view with great owners--a few odds/ends

I can't say enough about the property's owners Kim and Mike----at every step, they were accomodating and pleasant. Our flight arrived early from the States and they -allowed us to check in earlier without hesitation when we asked them for a place to store our luggage. They offered suggestions on places to go and eat. They even suggested a private chef who made us a memorable meal for my father's birthday. The view from the balcony is tremendous. It looks like you can literally jump onto the beach from the balcony---Alas, it is a little longer to get to the beach than it looks---a mile+ of up/down which is not a problem when it is nice but is a problem during the high heat and humidity of August. This is not a property that you can go up/down to the beach when you feel like it. Returning from the beach is a slog. Sometimes you can hail a cab to run you up the hill but this is a daily negotiation with taxis who may not want to take you up the hill and lose their spot in line waiting. The beach itself is magical but it can also be overun on days when there are 3-4 cruise ships in port. None of this is a reflection of the property but just a warning of sorts. As for the property itself, the kitchen is well apportioned although the oven is a little frustrating to use----Some of the towels/linens could be freshened up but this is hardly a dealbreaker. The hottub was clean and nice---but it was a little too hot to utilize it or the outside ammenitiies during a hot and humid week.

Breathtaking property! We had an absolutely fantastic vacation!! Thank you so much for offering your home to us, for an incredible week in beautiful Bermuda. This home was not only beautiful, with an incredible view of Horseshoe Bay, but equipped with everything a family would need. We used every amenity that this property offered, inside and out. Everything was perfect! This property was very clean and well maintained. Perfect driveway space for scooters/rental vehicle and for taxis to pick-up and drop-off (with turn around space). The hosts are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this property! If we could give 10 stars, we would! We will definitely come back.

Spectacular

If you’ve never rented one of these properties, you are missing out on an amazing trip! The property was everything it said it would be and more. The views from the immense deck were absolutely stunning even through the raindrops! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the ease of ordering for grocery and liquor delivery from the websites that were provided by Kimberly. Mike was an amazing communicator and responded promptly to any and all of our requests. Although the weather was not on our side, we did enjoy a beautiful day at Horseshoe Bay and Astwood Cove. It had been 25 years since our last trip to Bermuda and it was still as amazing an island as we had remembered! Although climate changes through us a bit of a curveball, it Will not deter us from returning again in the future. Truly Amazing Views! Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views are absolutely amazing from every room. You can hear the ocean waves from the back patio. The hot tub and fire pit were a great plus at night after returning from the beach. There is a grill and fully equipped kitchen. We were a little disappointed that the Fairmont hotel was closed since we thought we had more restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the beach was a little farther than described being that the hotel is closed, but we enjoyed the beautiful walk. Mike and Kim were very accommodating, responsive and helpful. They helped provide us with info to have groceries delivered to the house and were there to meet them before we got there. We hope to be back again!

Great house with AMAZING view!

The house is beautiful & the views are breathtaking! We traveled with friends (3 couples) & the house provided plenty of space. The view of Horseshoe Bay is so stunning you may not want to leave the house! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The hosts, Mike & Kim, we very kind & helpful. We have stayed at many rental houses & this is definitely one of the best!

Heaven on Earth - 10 STARS!!!

If you are reading this instead of booking, STOP NOW, BOOK THIS PROPERTY and then return to read… you just may miss it. Lodging: Set! Transportation: host has many recommendations! Food: Ask host for Contact info for Crown Point Conceirge Be sure to add the Sense experience to your choices. Chef Tiara will blow your mind. The only way to get more accurate visuals than the listed photos, is to take them yourself! Every room has an unobstructive view of the ocean and horseshoe bay beach. The premier host Kimberley and team are amazing, they have thought of everything, and they are magicians. They are available and invisible, responsive and unobtrusive. You can’t want more seats; your entire family will be comfortable. Want to eat meals outside – done! Want to lay out on a beach chair in privacy- Done! Outside Bar, Private Hot tub. The air is a little cooler at night, a fire would be nice – DONE!!! Our teenager put his phone down to sit and be present! Still reading…Why? Go Book this property now! P.S. bring binoculars, a whale highway passes in front of the property (time of year migration applies).

Piece of paradise

This beautiful property really is a piece of paradise. Waking each day on the patio with a cup of tea to the sunrise and sounds of the ocean below started each day perfectly. We were greeted so graciously upon our arrival and given the ins and outs of the property. The owners were responsive and helpful both prior to and after our arrival. Absolute paradise overlooking Horseshoe Bay!

Myself, my husband and another couple had the absolute privilege of staying at this property! Once you drop your bags inside the door, all of your worries vanish and your vacation begins. Laura greeted us and showed us around the property, making sure we were aware of all the unit had to offer. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions for what to do while we were on the island. The welcome pitcher of Rum Swizzles truly set the tone for our stay. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed and perfectly laid out to offer privacy. The common areas were roomy and comfortable and we took advantage of the spacious deck with the killer views as our coffee spot in the morning, and a very relaxing place to end the day listening to the peepers! The hot tub was such a bonus especially during the cooler evening hours. The house has everything you need from a perfectly appointed kitchen, snorkel gear, beach towels, and beautifully furnished rooms. The owners were the most gracious people we have ever met on our travels. Questions were answered in a timely fashion and anything we required was at our fingertips. The pride they have in their property was evident; the place was spotless! We can't wait to stay there again. Five stars are not enough!!

My name is Jess, I was born and raised in Bermuda. I love all things nature and outdoors. I am the property manager and private tour guide for guests. This property rental was set up by my mother, Kim, who sadly passed from ovarian cancer. Running this property rental and welcoming guests brought her so much joy and I am honoured each day to be running it.

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this property almost 20 years ago after considering renovating our previous childhood home or buying something new. One walk through the front door and out onto the balcony answered that question! The only reason to leave this deck would be if the wine ran out or it was bedtime! This view is nothing short of pure therapy but it's free!!
