The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use our charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal.

Beachside Getaway

Comfortable condo in gated community in nice neighborhood with amazing view of the gulf. Beach access, pool and spacious unit, although it could use some maintenance on the toilets and vent fans. It was clean for the most part other than the kitchen floor. Beach towels would be nice, but overall an enjoyable stay.

Amazing views!

Had a wonderful experience. Condo was clean and spacious, and owner was responsive and accommodating when we had a booking mishap. The best part was the ocean view! We stayed on the fourth floor and the balcony backed up to the beach which was amazing. Had all the necessary amenities: toaster, communal washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, tv’s in each room, etc. Definitely would recommend and we plan on returning any time we’re in Destin!

Nice place

Very nice condo. Internet was a little slow, probably because it was cold and most folks stayed in and surfed the web instead of the beach. Would have been nicer if there was a laundry in the condo. Coin operated one just outside the door though. Overall it was a very reasonably priced stay for the condo and location.

Great location but major renovation needed ,kitchen was okay but the microwave door was broken, first bedroom carpet was dirty also the bath tub drain slowly walls needed paint entering the bedroom nails are sticking up out the carpet overall great location condo need a major cleaning

Property was the ideal location. The "condo" had very poor lighting, no ceilings in the unit. Needs a deep cleaning and updating. Walls looked terrible.

Only one problem.

Liked everything except master bedroom mattress. Very uncomfortable with broken down place on window side. Mattress needs to be replaced. Would plan to stay again when mattress is replaced. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful beach view

The view of the beach and sunrise were beautiful! The location was perfect and only about 10 min from the harbor walk. The only thing I would suggest is some updates to the condo, there’s chipped/peeled paint in the bathrooms and the beds were not very comfortable.

Great view

All units have a great sea view. Beach chairs are available for a small fee. Great beach to walk on. Coffee shop and resturant a short 15 minutes walk.

Nice condo

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the condo. The only thing that was a bit concerning was the black stuff(I don't want to call it mold because I am not an expert) on the bathroom vents and the electrical situation in the 1st bedroom. Other than those to things, it was a wonderful stay. Right on the beach!

Overall very good. Quiet and private. Great view! Cigar smoke from unit above very annoying. Unit needs painting and to replace dishwasher wheels on bottom rack which were missing. Luggage carts difficult to roll and steer.

It was just what we needed!

It was clean and easy to come and go as we pleased. It was nice having a door code instead of keys with having multiple teens. Only complaint would be the walls are thin so you can hear people in room next to you and I am sure they could hear us too.

old and run down .the help cam and went as they wanted with out saying anything to use. cam home to strangers in there 3 times and they been in there 6 times with out use knowing. parking lot is gated and secured. they stole everything off my motorcycle about 500 to 1000$ andrew the manager was rude and no help at all. he said dont like it leave .i would not ever go there again or tell someone else to. i have been alot of places and this was the worst. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Wonderful Beachgiving 2020

We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving here. The condo was lovely. The location was absolutely perfect. One of our favorite things was the patio seating. The daily breakfast views were breathtaking. Overall a fabulous getaway. We will definitely book again.

Excellent area

Destin on the Gulf is the perfect location. I feel the unit we had has been neglected and is in need of some care. Paint is peeling off the walls. There is mildew on the bathroom ceilings and air vents. The bottom dishwasher basket wheels were gone so it sat on bottom spinner so no way it rotated. Cobwebs in corner of the room. We’ve stayed in a different unit couple of years ago and it was great. The location on the beach and to restaurants is perfect. Would stay there again but not in that unit.
