Easy Walk to the Beach

Very enjoyable beach house

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well set up. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. The location was lovely and the beach was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from everything!

Perfect stay. We have been coming to LBI for the past few years. This was our best stay yet. Close to the beach, shops and eateries. Host/owner was excellent and quick with communication. Would gladly stay again.

Wonderful location for a family with 3 kinds under 8

The property is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cleaning supplies, cups, glasses, serving ware, etc. the bunk bed room can asleep 4! It was lovely week with no complaints! Would rent and stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding shops.

Stayed for a week with my adult children. Overall it was a great location. Easy walk to the beach, pizza, ice cream. The bay side doesn’t disappoint with sunsets. However the beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

Perfect location! So fun for families

This was our second year staying at the property and we always have a great time. The location can’t be beat, and the house is perfect for a family with young kids. LBI Beach House - Surf City, NJ

The house was awesome, I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location with lots of amenities not to far from the house and the best part was the walking distance to the beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great location by beach

We stayed at the end of June 2023, and had a great visit. The location is excellent, in walking distance to many places including restaurants, coffee, shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The place was updated and clean and had all major appliances. Central heating and air works really well, as well as the laundry machines. The kitchen is basically brand new. Would recommend the bedroom with a queen be up graded to a king-size bed, and some baby proofing put in, so we did not have to do it ourselves. We also recommend black-out curtains be added, although the windows did have your basic venetian blinds and curtains, but we like it extra dark, so we brought our own. But obviously these are nice to haves, and all features were explained in the photos and descriptions. We had a great visit and recommend to others.

Summer Vacation

Loved it, close to the beach and looked like pictures/ super easy to rent. We would go back. Convenient location with ice cream, pizza, few restaurants within walking distance for young teenagers.

Great location! Had a great time

My husband and 2 kids (8 and 10) stayed for a long weekend. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances which was nice because we actually ended up doing some meals in! The ONLY complaints I have: Beds werent super comfy. and it was kinda loud at times in terms of people staying above on the 2nd floor. However, all things considered I would recommend the property and stay again

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I had such a great time during our stay here! The house was clean and had everything you would need. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in walking distance and can’t forget to mention that you’re only steps away from a nice and quiet beach. Our 2 year old had a blast and we will definitely be looking to come back next year!

Great Place

Our stay was very nice. The owner was helpful with the check in process and provided helpful information. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. A Relaxing Week at LBI

My husband and I really enjoyed our week at this rental. We are hoping to be able to come back next summer. The rental is only four houses away from the beautiful beach and was clean and well furnished. We stayed in the bottom unit and enjoyed spending some time on the covered porch. We had a wonderful week!

Outstanding home and rental experience

Not only is this house perfectly located, it is a wonderful place to unwind. Very clean and nicely appointed, it provided great spaces to eat, sleep, read and enjoy the ocean breezes.
