This unique property is located in a quaint Marigot Bay community close to the waterfront and business amenities with breath-taking scenic views to enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and ocean is an added bonus to both visitors and owners. The ambiance of relaxing with a drink of your choice (wine/coffee/tea) in the villa or on the deck/veranda whilst enjoying the sunrise, sunset, yachts, or the beautiful warm blue waters of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by green lush mountains - its all an added bonus!!!
