Recently updated with new flooring on the right side of the home and new beds! This cozy little beach cottage located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground is just a short walk to the beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with one queen and 2 twins. Home will sleep 4 people comfortably! You will be sure to love the beachy theme throughout! Sit back and relax on the the NEW SOFA and OVERSIZED CHAIR and enjoy the open floor plan to the kitchen. Kitchen includes new microwave, solid surface stove/oven, and NEW Kureg. The private main bedroom will be sure to please with ensuite. Bring the children along and they'll be sure to enjoy the WiFi and cable TV! Don't forget the outdoor shower with its personal water heater outside, making it easy to get the sand off as you've been out on the beach all day! Home has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4. Home also comes with a complimentary golf cart for you to be able to enjoy all that Ocean Lakes has to offer! ***Golf cart is complimentary and not a guarantee. NO refund will be given if golf-cart breaks down during your stay. Efforts will be made to resolve the issue but golf-cart is complimentary.

***Please be advised to bring your own linens when you choose to stay with us.*** If you would like a linen package, please inquire within as we do offer linen service****

All guest are responsible for cleaning the home before departure. The home is equipped with ALL THE CLEANING SUPPLIES. NO PETS. ***If home is found not to have been cleaned the security deposit will be forfeited*** Report any damages immediately to avoid losing any of your security deposit.

When operating the golf cart, all users are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Ocean Lakes. Golf cart drivers must be 21 to operate with a valid drivers license.

We rent to families. You must be at least 25 years or older to rent the property. No one under the age 25 may be able to rent the property and the renter over 25 must occupy the rental the entire stay.

***Guests are aware that Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day for your vehicle (if you complete the express check-in form, if you do not choose to do express check-in or there is simply not enough time for the owner to send the express check-in information, Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day for your vehicle) to be inside the gates.*** This goes towards 24 hour gated security, unlimited access to the waterpark and beach! There are many great amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer such as indoor/outdoor pool, waterpark, lazy river, arcade, snack bar, campground store, mini putt putt, and an arcade!

Absolutely cute and clean beach house at Ocean Lakes! Great size for a small family. Host was super easy to communicate with and so helpful. Added bonus was a golf cart! Short stay for us but would most definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay! I flush the toilet and flooded the floor… but the owner was very fast at responding and sending help. The house is tiny, and my husband is 6’2” and still had plenty of head clearance! I remember seeing a comment about this and it worried us. Can’t wait till next year!!!

Not what we expected

The ceilings were very low. Luckily none of us are taller than 5’8. Two of the “bedrooms” were EXTREMELY cramped. My 5’5 daughter stood in the middle of her room and could lay her hands flat on opposite walls. The single recliner was broken. The end recliner of the couch was very difficult to maneuver. Most of the home was more in line with the size of a small camper. When we stay a week on vacation, we spend a lot of time in the house. It was not a comfortable stay. I did notify the owner of the broken recliner, he said he knew about it. At the end of the stay, we were to clean several things per a list. No problem. We were to use the blower to blow off the driveway and porch area. There were 2 blowers. Neither worked. I notified the buyer. By the time we had a response from him saying not to worry about it, my husband hand already swept everything.

Beach Trip 22

Had a great time, the house is small. The toilets are very low to the ground and for larger folks it was a very small toilet and hard to get up from. The larger bedroom was great, the other side is very small and could not hardly get in there. Overall, it was a great week with our family. Cody was great to communicate with us about any issues.

Great location but could be better

Overall our family had a good time. You can’t beat a week in ocean lakes but the house was not very clean. Within minutes of being in the home our childrens feet were black and I found a dirty bandaid in the closet. The golf cart also had multiple issues throughout the week. For how much money it cost, I expected more. Cody was very nice and responsive though!

Small but clean and sufficient for the weekend

The house was small but overall clean and sufficient. We appreciate the use of the golf cart to get around the complex. The wheel rubbed on the passenger side but once I knew that, we worked around the problem. The parking pass situation was a bit complicated but I think that's an Ocean Lakes thing and not directed impacted by the homeowner. The neighborhood was safe and relatively quiet. Thanks for your hospitality.
